we had the most exceptional stay at 0517 hotel. the staff were friendly, highly helpful with suggesting routes up the mountain and providing a packed breakfast and water each morning we departed. the rooms were clean, great value, and the cocktails were delicious! would highly recommend this lovely hotel!

The location is just perfect all the things just around and the great view to the mountain from the window, hotel manager was really polite and supportive offered a free ride to the cable car as well made really delicious coffee.

The hotel is extremely nice and comfortable. The staff, especially the boss is super helpful. The breakfast is also above the expectations! In short, a place to come back.

the owner was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and the aesthetic of the hotel is lovely. Access to the mountain is quick and easy so we could spend all day hiking. The area is also quiet and has lots of restaurants to choose from.

Staying here was one of the best things about our trip to Huangshan. Amazing place and decor plus the owner was exceptionally nice and helpful. We really felt very welcomed here and it was great that we could also rely on the owner for advice and travel information. Super big thank you again for everything and I definitely recommend this place 100%!!

The owner was very accommodating, and he even drove us to destinations. He is knowledgeable about the pathing up Yellow Mountain and the surrounding area. His English is very good if you do not speak Chinese! He offers great drinks and food items, and the main hall is large and warm. The rooms are excellent and the shower has a lot of hot water. I really enjoyed this place and recommend it to anyone visiting Huangshan.

Usually there are some drawbacks, but there really aren’t here. This place was a steal and a half and I have nothing negative to say.

The staff (Timo) was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the has a nice design.

The lobby / ground floor was pretty cold (winter and little to no heating). But, in the room it was fine.

We had a lovely stay at 0517! the staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was nicely decorated and comfortable, the breakfast was simple but good. All in all, it was a very good stay, which is why we decided to extend it for another night after we came down of Huangshan. Before going to the mountain, we sat down with one of the staff members and she was extremely helpful in understanding our way around the mountain, as well as arranged for us a discounted visit to the local hot springs after the hike. It was really great!

The shower takes a little to warm up, but other than that we found no fault.

Amazing staff, location and very clean room and public areas...definitely the place to stay for a convenient visit to Huangshan!

The surrounding area looks to be in decline but this didn’t impact on the service we received

The location was great. Arrived by train and took a Didi to get to the hotel. 10 minute walk to the bus station to enter the park. Owner was super helpful in mapping our hikes for us. The entry ticket is good for 3 days, which we would not have known if she didn’t tell us. The hotel has Western dinner options (frozen foods that they heat up) and simple but good breakfast that fueled us for our hikes.

Everything was great, and we would love to stay here again.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel was beautiful, so clean and bright, with the perfect balance of smart yet cosy. It is also not far from the bus station and the mountain. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Huangshan!

The lunch/dinner menu could be expanded a little. There were no vegetables in any of the meals.

Very good value for money, the host was very helpful and gave lots of advice of where to go in the area.

Incredible customer service from the front desk! They were attentive and helped us navigate a missed train which delayed our trip by a full day. We were able to schedule (then reschedule) a driver to take us around surrounding villages and also drop off at the train station.

After a full day of hiking Huangshan, our legs were shot and unfortunately, the hotel did not have a passenger elevator. This wasn't a big issue and we laughed off having to walk up 4 more flights of stairs after 10K steps in the mountains.

Breakfast could`ve been better. We have only western style breakfast, chinese was not available at that moment.

A nice little hotel with helpful and very lovely staff in a cosy little mountain village. We felt very very welcome and enjoyed our stay a lot. We would love to come back one day.
