Если приходите к 10 часам уже полупустые полки и все холодное. Грязные столы и ты ходишь собираешь объедки какие то

Удобное расположение, красивые виды из окон, большой номер, удобные подушки, матрас.
Персонал почти не говорит на английском. Дикая очередь на завтрак. Посреди номера шикарная ванная, но для нее нет ни соли, ни пены.
Крем для тела пришлось выпрашивать. Это странно.

Firstly, excellent value for money. Very well located. No frills hotel but well suited for the business traveller. No unnecessary excessive stuff. The room is clean, space efficiently utilised and has all the necessary things. Staff are very friendly and kind. The breakfast is just enough and not wasteful.
The walls are thin and and that makes the place a bit noisy. One can hear the noise from the near by rooms.

The staff were very nice and most of the desk operators could speak English very well , and the staying been nice and cozy. About the hotel, its location is convenient and very close to the futian market and also near to the shangri le glory mall were you can find all what you want for a daily life needs.
Didn't like couple of things related to the room decorations , there is no mirror near to the closet , mirrors only in the rest room. And as an advice for whomever read this , be careful with the mini bar drawers that once you close the drawers you might break the thin and fragile wine glasses in it!!
