Breakfast

The location couldn’t be more central. It is located in Rokin. It had access to subway and tram lines which is very convenient. The staff are friendly and very helpful and they will be informative as much as they can if you ask them something around Amsterdam. The rooms were funky and has comfortable bed and had a nice view of the city. The breakfast had many options but be careful of the bacons as they were salty. The kitchen staff were very helpful and would even cook fresh eggs if you ask.

The location, more the perfect.

They lost my reservation so I ended up in a dark room looking into the wall and with no daylight. Next day they moved me to normal room which was nice, overlooking to Rokin Street.

Location was good

Recentelijk gerenoveerd, we hadden een kamer in de kelder, zeer ruime kamer voorzien van een heerlijke douche. super locatie midden in het centrum. Ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid. Zeker een een aanrader.

كانت الغرفة في القبو وخلفية وليس لها اي متنفس وكان الضجيج عاليا ولم نستطيع النوم وديكور الغرفة مزري وتم سحب مبلغ اضافي قبل الوصول من بطافتي باسم فندق اخر في امستردام وحين سالتهم انكروا علاقتهم بالموضوع علما ان السحب تم بنفس التوقيت والتاريخ تماما وكنت قد ارسلت لهم ايميل بتاريخ السحب قبل الوصول ولم يتعاملوا مع الموضوع باي شيء من الجدية

Windows are not totally isolated, we could hear some noise from outside We did catch cold because of wind still sneaking through the windows Pillow are too big for me , they could not manage a more confortable ones Rooms are too narrow

Posizione perfetta per girare il centro storico di Amsterdam senza necessità di dover usare i mezzi pubblici. Dalla stazione Amsterdam Centraal dista circa 10min a piedi ed è una passeggiata molto piacevole. A pochi minuti a piedi dai quartieri principali

It’s being renovated so was a bit noisy

Très bon emplacement. Personnel attentif. Jolie chambre, literie de qualité.

Il y avait des odeurs de remontées d’égouts au niveau des sanitaires qui pouvaient être un peu incommodantes. Les oreillers étaient un peu trop gros et durs et ne prenaient pas la forme.

Excelente ubicación en pleno centro de la ciudad, muy cerca de diversos puntos de interés como el barrio rojo, el museo Madame Tussaud, la casa de Anna Frank, etc… Silencioso pese a estar en pleno centro de la ciudad.

Location is great, close to everything. Metro station few steps away makes it very easy to get to every connection. Staff is always there to help with any request.

The windows did not close properly so it was a little loud during the night time , but considering it was weekend overall it was fine.

Amazing crew, felt like home. Coffee in the room and daily gifts from the hotel team. Near everything. Incredible cabin like room.

Was cheaper than others, quite modern , a good breakfast (not huge but I had wherever I wanted ) , and is in a good location, close to everything.

The bathroom door that you can’t really close is a bit uncomfortable!

Localização excelente, café da manhã bem servido para começar bem o dia. Atendentes simpáticos, e o lugar está reformado e novinho, bem bonito.

if you are rennovating DO NOT put people in the room directly below where the drilling starts at 7am!!! Needs better finishing in rooms

Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good and staff were helpful. Good location easy access to all areas, bit noisy on a night but nothing you wouldn't expect staying on a main strip. 🙂

Staying as a family with a 15yr old. Toilet and shower facilities did not provide much privacy with glass doors. However as a couple we would definitely stay here again. NOTE: Was told that the mini bar was free on arrival luckily we didn't use as was later informed it wasn't free so be aware.
