Very polite and helpful staff everywhere; pool area is quite nice- seawater and heated- location is great- directly above beaches

The pictures online are deceitful- hotel is very old and badly in need of renovation- they are saving on every corner: food is substandard- just one drinks fontain- parking is a pure horror- if you manage to find a parking spot- hanging off a cliff, just keep it until you leave- you have to bring your own towels to the pool

The room was great, with an outlook on the pool and sea. It was spacious, with a nice balcony, big TV and a small refrigerator. The location of the room was great, it was very close to the beach, the bar, the restaurant, and the pool. The selection of food was fantastic, I ate different fish every day! The hotel itself was located 20min walk from the city, so it was nice that the beach and the promenade were not crowded, but because of that, it is almost necessary to take an all-inclusive option because there is no grocery store and only one restaurant in the neighborhood. Our kid loved water slides and the pool!

During showering water often flooded part of the bathroom a bit, because of the gap between the shower door and walls, so we had to use a towel to dry it and then dry the towel on the balcony. The cleaning lady entered our room twice during the stay even though there is a sticker saying that the service will only enter when it's called by the guest. But doth those issues were really minor compared to the rest of the pluses.

Room - big and comfortable, food - delicious, location - perfect, close to the resort center, beach - clean and safe
