Pictures are not like the real location and the place needs maintenance. The villa i got was not the one i paid for and i had to discuss this for a while till they moved me to another villa. The bed should have mosquito tent. The wifi kept disconnecting.

Friendly, helpful staff. They were an absolute delight. The gardens were immaculate, the pools clean and inviting. Privacy was respected but nothing was too much trouble for staff. Would love to stay here again!

Our private pool was missing a few tiles. That's all.

The room is nice, we love the pool right in front of our room, the room is clean breakfast is nice, staff are friendly and helpful, the location is abit far from the city but it's good if you need your own time. We stay there and was raining, and wet outside just be careful cause slippery around kitchen, cause it's semi outside for the kitchen shower and toilet. It's nice concept for villa also we have fish pond next to the kitchen. Definitely will be back.

Staff very helpful and friendly. The room so comfortable and surrounding villa was very clean. Affordable price ! I like it and will repeat again for the next trip vacation . Good Breakfast and complete facilities .

Exactly what we needed a lovely villa in quiet part of Seminyak. Lovely, lovely staff. Staff organised in villa massage & laundry which was fantastic.

Villa information just needs to be updated on Booking.com, there is not a shuttle at the time of stay. Go Gek is fantastic quick & cheap.

place was great really loved it. and staff were great. my only problem was that breakfast was not great quality. eggs were slightly too runny.(undercooked egg white) and once the chicken with Australian breakfast was raw inside. however every one was very nice. I would definitely stay again. just maybe with out breakfast…

I had a great experience with the accommodation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked the villa for myself for NY and my friends had trouble with another guesthouse. There is no way to book anything at this location that day. The administrator helped us with an extra bed option for an acceptable price and provided two extra breakfasts for free 🙏 Thank you for the service!

We stayed 6nights, the villa is in a good position close to restaurants and main roads, but far from the noise. The property is like in the photos, the staff is super friendly and kind. Definitely recommended.

location is somewhat too far to walk to Restaurants but too short distance to hail a taxi. Too many dogs on the road making walking a gauntlet

The property is a bit back from the main road, so it’s nice and quiet. The staff are amazing and so incredibly kind. The daily breakfast was delicious and there are western and traditional Indonesian dishes to choose from. The pool in the villa is huge, and nicely warmed, as is the main pool in the common area. The 24 hour reception made us feel very safe and secure.

Good place to spend time. Had a great experience.

Towels very very old, large beds, but very uncomfortable, large bathroom but very poor water pressure and dirty shower head, furniture in the kitchen villa was not comfortable or very welcoming, kitchen chairs basic hard and wooden we had to buy a pillow to sit on the chairs at breakfast table, no water provided for long stay only small bottle each day, we had to ask and pay for a big 10 litre as we don't like using so much plastic water bottles everyday, its extremely bad for environment. Very minimum kitchen utensils, no paper towel dispenser? We had to buy our own paper towels and we had to provide our own hand soap. Staff seem annoyed by our requests, we felt these are basic things needed for everyday use, to wash your hands or boil the kettle.. for a long stay I wouldn't recommend this villa we had 2 weeks booked here and if we could of we would have moved. I understand that it is a more basic traditional style villa, but it wasn’t a very comfortable stay and unfortunately not a very nice atmosphere in general, the owners need to fix the place up a lot and start with cleaning the mouldy pool walls and new towels for their guests, we actually ended up buying our own. They did however get some pool towels after we requested, but again these are basic essentials needed for a one bedroom villa with a pool.

all of the staff were lovely and helpful, and tried their best to cater for us in any way they could. although the property is a bit out of the way, you benefit by not having to hear honking cars and taxis through all hours of the night and get to enjoy the peace and quiet.
