Felt run down, tired and uncared for

property is looking old/used... needs a refresh.

Water was not working had to shower in another room and then magiclly the water was working when I came back.

broken window in the bedroom and there was a cold air breeze.

Upon arrival, staff were welcoming. Very central to everything I needed. Parking $15 per night.

The shower screen door was off its hinges, lots of black mould in the bathroom, obvious water damage to wall and skirting from air conditioner, lots of marks and just generally very unclean... was too worried to have a cuppa it was that unclean. Needs a lot of maintenance and a good clean. No attention to detail.

I liked the location and dark room

I didn’t like that it wasn’t really clean and the spa hardly works

The property was not cleaned at all. There was lots of hair in the shower, dust on the bed side tables, a used cup in the balcony. it was disgusting experience being there. I highly doubt if they have changed the bedsheets or not from the previous occupants. Worst experience.

Location that’s it

we are very disappointed in the property. The shower screens were off the rails in both bathrooms We were too scared to use the dishwasher because the handle was poking out how blanket was a single quilt across a king size bed there was no table outside to sit on the second bedroom only had a curtain on one window. The room had an old lounge with a lounge cover on it and the TV didn’t have a plug-in aerial. It just had portable ears on it. I won’t be staying again.
