Cleans , organized , comfortable, special the spa give great services which make this hotel has more steps over the others in same area 😊

The garden which my room located was not well arranged trees looks like in jungle’s, even looks was good in some years ago If gardener tack care of it , will be great view and special garden

Very limited service on the beach/around the pool. Was difficult to get drink service in the buffet restaurant and clean tables not always available at breakfast or dinner.

Stella Di Mare is an amazing resort where all elements of convenince and enjoyment are gathered in one place. A beautiful, spacious and cozy architecture, wonderful landscape, comfortable room space and aminities, outstanding decent, professional and helpful staff all over the place. Great attention is paid by the management to hygene and cleanliness. Nice and safe swimming lake centered within the facility for families to watch their kids while swimming. A charming private beachfront space with clean water and adequate safety crews around the the beach. Food is amazing with abundance and variety of cuisines that suit all tastes. What I loved most is the welcoming smile of all staff from the gate guards to reception to restaurants, room service and housekeeping. They have an excellent Guest Relations Manager who appeared to be very supportive, helpful and active all over the place ensuring that all guests are receiving the service they have arrived to the place for. My family and I enjoyed a 3 nights stay at this beautiful resort and would love to repeat it again whenever possible. It is truly value for money. 

Rooms just need more frequent maintenance.

The reception and the reservation team was mot straight about refund of a third person fees who didnt attend. They delivered a double room although a triple room was reserved. They are dealing with booking customer in a very bad attitude as long as the customer didn’t reserve direct , they will always state that you should deal through booking only. Thanks yo booking for being supportive with such hotels.
