It was clean and tidy.

The way to go to the rooms were not paved , so there was difficulty in rolling the bags to the allotted room. One day the shower wouldn’t drain , and I had to call room service to come and fix it. The wifi was not working till after multiple calls to the reception and someone had to come and fix a router in my room. There was no free drinking water bottles, the ones in the fridge were small , and not enough for 2 people . I had to go to a nearby store in taxi to get some supplies. Taxis are expensive to and from this property. If you are going, think of renting a car. Breakfast was the same every day, it wasn’t even hot

Breakfest was good, the main building was nice. A bit of a walk to get around the place but is nice. The pool and outdoors is the only thing that saves this place

The front staff werent the friendliest. Should know how to speak English and be more accommodating. Booked a room with higher floors and didnt get it.

Nice restaurant and nice pool

Staff st front desk were very rude. Restaurant staff were OK. The marketing pictures look a lot better than the actual room. No assistance to take bags back to room and the girl at reception just pointed which way to go. Remember that these are bungalows so you are walking through grass and paths with little signage. the receptionist just pointed and said walk that way.

It’s good location. Good food. Has access to the pool. Park for the kids.

Liked everything, just make sure if you want extra beds etc you explain to them I. Your messages and makes sure they reply with the correct response of them understanding..

The only good thing about this property is its location proximity to the hall if you are attending a wedding.

Our hotel room’s bathroom had a ‘sanitized’ sign over the toilet, yet when you opened the toilet, there were dirty un flushed tissues inside. The rooms themselves are majority just twin beds, with barely any rooms that have a double, king or queen. This is not ideal for when you are travelling as a couple, why this hotel expects its married guests to sleep in separate twin beds is beyond me. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place for anyone other than the hall itself, which is beautiful.

Nice exteriors. Pool only for guests, not crowded. Quiet and relaxing. Tasty dinner in restaurant.

Bad choice of food for breakfast. Limited choice of food in restaurant. Facilities not maintained and dated Way overpriced, not worth the price. Not even welcome glass of water included in price (40 degrees on our arrival)

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The lady at the front desk helped me find transportation for 8 to Mostar and it was reasonably priced. She gave us a very warm greeting and was also there to send us off. We felt like part of the family. We had two hotel rooms side by side and it was like staying in an enchanted forest. The restaurant had good food.
