This is a new hotel and has been our most beautiful hotel so far. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photographs. There are only around 10 rooms so it's a not too big. The bed was very comfortable and linen was like new. Calm ambience and attentive staff. Breakfast was included for our price and there were four options to choose from. The restaurant offers fine views of the fort. The hotel is well located for the market and an interesting meander to the fort which looks further than it is. Cannot find any fault with this hotel. Would happily have stayed another night if it was possible.  Get a stay here whilst it's still all new!

Excellent room and stay overall. Very clean and spacious. The rooftop restaurant is also really good and fort views.

The room was nicely decorated. Personnel was very helpful. My friend had a room where the shower didn't work and they called in repairmen right away who fixed it. Booked a trip to the sand dunes and they understood we wanted a tranquil experience, which it was. Restaurant was really good with very decent prices.

Hygiene was so-so. On arrival my bedsheets had stains and there was hair on the pillow, but when I requested a change of linen this was done immediately. Bathroom was half renovated: the part with the sink was quite good, but the bath tub had stains and looked 20 years old.

The building was well curated. Rooms were nice and clean. No view as such from the window. Not much far from Hanuman Circle and AirForce Circle. Food options available on rooftop for hotel residents.

Nothing much. However during day time, the rooftop dining area is pretty much not accessible due to no cover from the sun. An extended sheet at least in one area would help the cause.

- Nicely decorated and clean rooms, the building itself is also pretty - Located in a calm alley, 15 mins walk to the fort. It's very easy to visit all the sights. - Nice view of the fort from the rooftop - We booked a sunset jeep safari to the desert, which was very easily organised (1500 rupees per person).

The following points made us feel that this was not the best value for money: - Though the room is well decorated, there's nothing much in it: no hairdryer, no minibar, no kettle, no glasses (which we had to request twice), no showergel just a small soap, no soap holder in the shower - The restaurant has little choice and could be improved - Wifi was spotty but the staff was working on it - We had to pay in cash and were not told about that during our check-in - We stayed for 3 nights, and were never asked if we wanted our room done

Property is built with yellow sand stone. Clear view of fort jaisalmer. Helpful staff.

Insects in the room, may be desert ones. The property does not have garden as shown in pictures. Basic facilities like lift, parking etc are missing. They charge extra for using credit card. Food is limited and only preparing Gujarati dishes. Veg only restaurant. Super expensive for what they provide. They charged almost 9k per room. Ideally should be charging 2 to 2.5 k

Basic amenities were not provided, like a tooth brush or tooth paste or hand soap - when we asked reception mentioned they can buy it for us. That is unacceptable for a room almost worth INR 3000 per night. No room service facility exists. Tea / coffee maker also not there. Post allocation of rooms they mentioned we have booked "non- AC rooms with fan" to my utter surprise, however they allocated AC rooms. But in all probability they wanted to sell us the AC ROOMS at an additional price. We requested late check out by 10.30 am at the time of check in and the same was confirmed. The hotel was empty, but behaviour was unfriendly the following morning, saying that they had no clue who has committed the late check out.

It's very close from the Fort and the Patvo ki haveli. Very nice surroundings. Good place to stay. They have rooftop restaurant, you can enjoy the city and Fort view from there.
