We were surprised because dinner was also free! Our requirements were also met- clean, cozy, and comfortable room. Also, their toilet has automatic bidet & has option to make seat warm.

Good location, shopping malls nearby, 7-11 and Family Mart all nearby. 10 minutes leisure walk to the Mrt which can bring you to the Zuoying HSR station in about 20 minutes.

The carpet in our room was rather old and dusty. The hotel provides washing machines and dryer for guests to do their laundry but the machines were not efficient at all. Washing alone took 50mins and the dryer was even worse. After almost an hour the clothes in the dryer were still wet so it was time consuming and pointless.

I stay at Kindness hotel many times. The reasons I keep coming back is the great value of money, great facility, and friendly staffs.

Nothing! Except when I was back from work in midnight, the lobby snack bar is not available due to replenishment.

All is great, money spent worth with complimentary bar and drink services. Staffs are friendly and detailed. Room is clean and got upgraded to larger room.

Around 10 mins walk from metro. But it's not a problem since others are great! Thank you for the service.
