the apartment was lovely clean and comfortable but noisy too close to street lights and cars at all hours

the directions to the property were all wrong. even the guard didn’t know where it was they make you feel unwelcome. have to talk through an intercom. they make you wait in the street no clear signs. took over an hour to get in. i speak some Spanish which made it harder. finally a guard like the 3 one was able to help and the entrance was going around the block with suitcases and my poor elderly mother at night.

Nice and modern

The apartment was new and well looked after. The best was the service. The owner was great and really helped us a lot. We liked that we had our own private space. We will come back again next time I visit Quito.

We tried to go to the pool and didn’t have swimming hats. Just remember to bring them or ask to the owner :)
