Price and location

Damp smelly room, very horrible over used furniture, saggy mattresses, broken lights. Although a kettle was given, not even a tea bag of coffee sachet was available, not even at reception.

Were in room T107. No internet connection at all, the tv didnt even have a kids channel. I really had a problem with this as I have small kids and they couldnt connect their tablets with wifi, let alone when there was no kids channel at least . One of the doorknob kept falling off, everytime getting locked inside the room. This time I was very disappointed, because our family didnt enjoy ourselves. Last time we came had room T436 and we really enjoyed ourselves, had wifi and everything was in place. Disappointed a lot.

5 minute walk downhill into Bugibba. Handy Piscopo shop locally for food and drink. Huge pool which would be ideal at the height of summer (but was very cold in October!) Lovely and accommodating Domestic ladies.

WiFi could be a bit hit and miss. You weren't allowed food and drink around the pool area which would be annoying if you'd settled in for the day and had to rely on the snack bar. Indoor pool was lovely but too small to allow swimming if there was more than yourself in. Patio door didn't seem to lock :(
