El hotel está bastante bien ubicado, Zona tranquila y segura. Cerca de la zona modernista. Próxima al centro. La habitación era muy amplia y muy bien equipada. El baño justo pero bastante cómodo. Lo mejor: las camas, colchón muy confortable y el desayuno (se paga aparte) de excelente calidad, variedad y abundancia.
Las escaleras son muy empinadas y el ascensor es pequeño. El resto estaba todo bastante bien cuidado.

The hotel was perfect for a weekend in Brussels. Modern and very clean. Only 2 tube stops from the Eurostar train station and easy to find the hotel. Lots of great cafes, mini supermarkets and shops nearby.

Hotel Agenda Louise is a really good hotel for the money value. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfy and well equipped, and it was very quite during the evening. Everything we needed was close by and all things we wanted to see were in a walking distance. We didn’t use the public transportation but tram station is just around the corner.

The hotel room was very spacious, pretty and luxurious, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great as well and had different options for you to choose. Everything was clean. When I booked through the website, for some reason they charged me twice for the room and I hadn't even noticed! On the day of our arrival, the staff at the reception explained I had been charged twice and said they had already arranged for me to get the money back, which I did!! I really appreciated their honesty and how everything turned out! Would definitely stay here again :)

The room was great and the bed also! Location was ok and the wifi worked great!
The "restaurant" for breakfast was a little room for aprx 20 people and they had a group of 40-50 people, plus others turists and was very crowded...

Huge room with large king-size bed and work desk. You will have a lot of space there. Tram station is nearby, also it's not far away from Central train station.
Bathroom could be bit larger, breakfast has little choice, but still ok.

Hotel was clean and the front desk staff 'Ryan' was extremely helpful,
Rooms were clean and spacious. just the lighting in the room is little odd but that's not a game changer.
Location -2 min walk to Defacqz tram station and 10mins to Royal palace. if u can spend 15-20 mins for transportation to get central this is a good location.
There is a supermarket close to the hotel and few restaurants if needed.
Eventhough Ryan provided us a 30 mins early check in, should be great if they can allow guest to check in early (happy to pay extra), we had a long flight before reaching the Brussels so would have loved to check in at 1.30pm, but appreciate the efforts made.
Dinning area is small and compact ( only applicable if your going to have breakfast)
Lift was small and only fits 2 max ( I didn't face issues, just FYI)

Very clean room, friendly staff, great, safe and quiet location. You can walk to the centre Grand Place (about 20 min), but tram and underground stations are also very close. We could also safely park our car, but the garage is low (1.70m), so if your car is higher you will not be able to park it in the garage. You should book it in advance as there are only 5 places in there. Wi-fi worked flawlessly and the TV also had quite a few channels.
We liked everything, the hotel met all our expectations. Good value for money.

The room was spacious enough for two people. The staff at the reception desk were friendly.
The room has large windows and was not well soundproofed, I could easily hear the street noise nearby.
There was no soap dispenser in the bathroom, so we had to use the body shampoo to wash our hands, which was not convenient. The drawer in the bathroom was rotten and a little smelly.
There was a kettle with 2 cups in the room, during our three-day stay in the room the cups were never replaced/rinsed. Once we asked at the front desk, and he gave us two more cups which were dirty again the next day. It looks like the cleaning staff does not clean the cups.

The rooms are exceptionally comfortable and clean, great value for money.
I would feel more comfortable if the door of the room was more modern giving a more secure image, also the windows should be able to lock with a normal lock not just an iron bar.

Saw hair in the bathroom, the shower tub not the cleanest and towels smelled like chlorine.
