Had a fantastic stay at this hotel, Mr. Basem and the reception staff were excellent, the food was delicious, rooms were cozy, and the animation team was great ,Highly recommend for a wonderful vacation experience.

اعجبني البيسين فقط نظيف
اولا عدم وجود اي تعاون بالفندق كنت ذاهبة بمفردي لحضور زفاف ، وكنت في حاجة الي موظفة سيدة لمساعدتي في غلق فستان السهرة ولم اجد اي عاملة او موظفة بالفندق بالكامل .. باستثناء موظفة ال Spa سيدة واحدة وعند طلبها لمساعدتي رفض مدير الاسبا رفضا تاما وقال ممنوع طلوعها للغرف. كان من الممكن ان تضيع رحلتي بالكامل بسبب تعنتهم وعدم وجود اي سيدات بخدمة الغرف.. لولا وجدت سيدة من النزلاء تمر في الكوريدور وطلبت منها المساعدة..
هذا بالاضافة ان كان حجزي شامل all inclusive ورغم ذلك الاكل في العشاء سيئ جدا ولا يوجد اي تنويع - ووقت الغذاء متاح سناكس فقط ساندويتشات تونه وسوسيس … استاءت جدا من اقامتي فيه

احب اشكر مستر مايكل و مارك اوملاك مش متذكر الاسم عذرا على استقبالهم و طريقتهم و احب اشكر شنودة على بار حمام السباحه و طاقم المطعم كله و كل الاستاف بالفندق
الحمامات فى الاماكن العامه و بالاخص على حمامات السباحة
حمامات السباحه الخاصه بالاطفال تحتاج نظافه و تطهير لانه لا يتم تنظيفها للاسف

Everything about this hotel is the best. From the manager mister mike to the bar staff which is one of my favorite akram. The food need variety. Better entertainment But honestly this is the best away from home hotel and all of egypt

A szoba nagyon tiszta és nagyszerű volt. A kert része a hotelnak is bámulatos, a virágok nagyon szépek. Közvetlen transzferszolgáltatás is elérhető a hotel és a tengerpart, illetve a hotel és oldmarket között, ami szintén szuper. A medence központi része a hotelnak, ami szintén fűtött volt, és mindennel elláttak minket.
Az ételválaszték csekély és egyhangú volt, többre számítottunk ezzel kapcsolatban. Egy teljes hetet voltunk, teljes ellátással.

The food was great and delicious. They had a nice variety of food during the three meals.
The stuff were very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room and we did an early check in. The hotel has free parking.
Our overall stay was memorable and we did enjoy it.
The hotel is not beachfront but they offer a bus ride everyday to the beach. And truly the beach is not that far.

Staff is incredibly friendly, facilities are always clean, the property is well organized and quiet and with the free bus service you can visit different beaches and downtown Sharm every day. Highly Recommended.
Some of the staff members at the bar and restaurant, didn't speak English well enough and communication was difficult at times.

the place was nice quiet. staff all over anything you need they will help you. food was exceptional. if you stay here make sure that u get the whole package it will save you time and money.
I wish the pool would stay open longer.

Everything was excellent, clean place, friendly and helpful staff, the rooms had all the necessary amenities, comfortable beds, amazing pool view, and the restaurant buffet had a lot of tasty and multi choices.
It was a very nice experience, and we will repeat it in the near future.

The staff is wonderful! The service is incredible. Thank you to Habib from the front desk for helping us whenever we needed. The hotel is being cleaned all the time. The gardens are beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious. The shuttle to the beach was very convenient, always on time. There are many activities for the kids and evening events for the adults.
The buffet is huge but it would be better to change the variety more often since it gets boring for long stays. The food tends to be very salty. No smoked fish..... The cheeses are great, the buffet included sauté vegetables, salads, always chicken , meat and fish.

The staff at this hotel are really friendly and helpful. It's in a great location, and it's good value for money.
The internet is terrible! I contacted the hotel before arriving, asking if the internet was good enough for remote work and video calls, and they said yes. It's not. I had a download speed ranging from 1.5 to 2 while there. So obviously if they were honest, I would have stayed somewhere else and my experience would have been better.
It's annoying that you must go to reception for a new internet password when it stops working.

The staff could not do enough for you. Managers to the chefs everyone had me smiling. I felt minded. Older people also were being taken amazing care of which was nice to see.
As a younger person the animations team facilitated some lovely nights out to clubs. Very safe and fun.
Food was nice. Buffet style . Room service was 24h and prompt.
They kept making towel art on the beds which was soooo cute.
The prices for the spa were more than London. Sometimes the sales reps wouldn't just take no for an answer.
