pool and recreation facilities quite good, in winter the spacious pool area is obviously difficult to heat to a really comfy level, but the water temperature was good. breakfast and dinner offers a good variety, quality and choice of western foods not on international chain hotel level especially on western choices.

rooms are quite outdated and also cleanliness is away from perfect. mirrors with toothpaste splashes etc. surprisingly the aircon could be regulated down as wished, unlike in many local hotels with preset and unchangable boiling heat in winter. The on booking.com offered free extra bed should cost 300 RMB per night (asked by facility and cancelled before arriving) and at check in they wanted to charge for the free breakfast (as booked 1 adult and 2 kids included) for our little one as he was claimed to be too tall for his age… just after some discussion they granted the 3rd free breakfast…

Staff were all really friendly and helped to make my young daughter feel special. Great play facilities for small children, rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The clubhouse bathrooms were well maintained and well equipped.

A little far from everything. Sadly due to being a quiet season, the indoor kids pool and spa pool were out of service which was one of the things we were looking forward to for our child. Breakfast is more Chinese and very limited (again, probably due to being off season)

Great location & very nicely decorated Hotel with high value for the price. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, giving us a good start in every day. The location is superb, within a big nice park directly at the Tongli lake & many possible activities. Spacy & very comfortable rooms. Extraordinary friendly staff made the stay a very nice experience The ideal location for a short holiday or event. The Tongli Ancient town in wlking distance (or by free hotel shuttle) nearby and the short driving distance to the ancient cities of Zhouzhuang and Luzhi makes the Hotel also an excellent location to explore the old "Suzhou jewels" at the Westside of Taihu Lake. We enjoyed the stay very much and will certainly come back.

Nice hotel to relax. Very close to Tongli ancient town and with a very nice warm pool. Hotel offer a hotel buffet restaurant + a chinese and a japanese restaurant. We went there mainly to enjoy the swimming pool, which was good and had only few people.

Breakfast quality was ok, but less choices.
