Как всегда все на высоте, местоположение, отличное обслуживание, еда, номер чистый, комфортный, есть все что нужно. Не первый раз тут останавливаемся

Такого не было

It was a surreal but enjoyable experience. The hotel was empty and dimly lit, powered by generators, while the adjacent medical centre was without electricity for much of the day because of outages caused by strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Yet everything functioned smoothly, all services were provided and the buffet dinners in the restaurant on the first floor were so delicious, diverse and elegantly served they will forever top my personal list of the best hotel meals.

It snowed the day I left and I was ill, so I chose to order a taxi to get to the railway station, which is not far from the hotel. The receptionist said their own driver would pick me up, but he never arrived and never answered the phone ))) Fortunately, they put me on a bus with some ladies going to another location and I made it on time.

the pool is awesome. Breakfast is also great. The interior is clean and beautiful

the restaurant on the top floor isn’t worth its menu prices. the meals are unjustifiably expensive and not that tasty. It takes too long to go to the spa zone from the main building. but it’s minor

This hotel has everything that you might need for a comfort stay for a night or several. Rooms are big, light and comfortable. Playground and kids' room, bar, restaurant (meals were really good), parking, etc.

The only item that, to my mind, could be better is the that price might be a little more moderate. Which actually is a question given the services provided ).

As a hotel who call for him self 5 stars it is looks so much like that...

The crew, that I had at my room some damge, the don't have as the hotel dry clean for clothes, I think up to 10 i will give you 6.5

Great comfy bed, very welcoming staff, nice massage, huge pool, not very crowded sauna. Nice large park with friendly black squirrels nearby.

Noisy kids, especially at the breakfast and in the spa centre. Parents don't give a damn that their kids are screaming at full volume and totally inconsiderate about others. Not much variety at the breakfast. Almost no vegetarian options at the restaurant for dinner and lunch. Massage is hard to book - there were just 2 available time slots in 3 days. The same Russian song playing on full volume on the loop in the spa centre - each time someone turns on the "shower of impressions" - basically every couple of minutes. Manure smell on the balcony in the morning. But still one of the best hotels in the Western Ukraine. p.s. You have to go through the city central square and listen to the audio spam playing on full volume to get to the park...
