The apartment is very well placed being just opposite the Guell Palace and only a couple of minutes from La Rambla. It is spacious and very clean & comfortable.

There is only 1 air-conditioning unit in the sitting room. This means the bedrooms are extremely hot and you cannot close the doors to the rooms or open any windows. If the owner does not want to put more AC units the very least they should do is to provide ceiling fans in each bedroom. There was also a bit of a bad smell from the drains in the kitchen on our second day.

Location was very important as the apartment was right in the middle of the Action area.

Building was old, and not very bright .. which was ok as we didn't stay at the apartment much.

Proximity to old town and port

Only one Airconditioner and too small to even cool the lounge where it was located. No other rooms had Airconditioners or even fans. Very uncomfortable to sleep at night and it wasn’t even extremely hot days. Kitchen very poorly equiped. Bathroom shower attachment kept coming off and water leaked all over floor, poorly drained and positioned. Asked for a small ex tension of one hour to checkout and was declined, no flexibility. As check in was not until 3 pm there would seem to be plenty of time to clean the rooms. Elevator was extremely slow and felt unsafe. Found a dead mouse inside front door. Overall one of our worst accomodations since travelling in Spain and Portugal and also the most expensive.

Everything we needed and in a great location. the apartment was clean, safe and secure. Check in was easy and questions were quickly answered.

We requested more pillows, not a big deal.

Location, near tourist area, yet in a residential area. Gave us a glimpse of local life. Close to shopping, dining, transportation. Clean apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

No information on operating heating and cooling system. Shower floor was very slippery. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot.

Perfect location. The flat was nice and clean.

The bathtoom is a bit rundown compared to the rest of the apartment.

Clean and spacious with large rooms Beds were comfortable. Location was great. Sound proof windows were a great asset

Would have liked to have some paper towels and a little extra dish soap and laundry detergent. Also, in previous stays at other rentals some cooking supplies were left from other renters (cooking oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper etc. Check in was very confusing and we weren’t able to get a second key card

Great location, perfect (automatic) check in and out, helpful stuff - they allow us to get the apartment earlier and secured us a locker after we left the apartment.

The apartment was really spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great location and a nice size kitchen with lots of things provided. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Appartment and especially bathrooms were not clean. You can guess who was in appartment by the hair on the foor....

Location on Rambla.

No dishwasher. One of the bedrooms is not enclosed, having only a partition with no door.

The location was perfect, very easy check in and you could contact the staff on a phone right by the entrance. The building itself was quiet and comfortable. The staff were responsive when we asked for help and more toilet paper.

It was not very clean, you could see some lint and dirt around. Could also be useful if the very basic kitchen ingredients such as salt and oil would be available since the idea of renting an apartment is to reduce food costs for a group. There was no kettle which made making coffee or tea a bit inconvenient.

It is spacious and facility is complete!

Expensive, noisy and no fan or aircon inside the rooms.
