Una de las habitaciones que reserve no tenia agua caliente, pero nos cambiaron por otra así que sin problemas

me robaron el cargador de mi cel en la habitación que nos quedamos lo deje sobre la cama y al regresar no estaba donde lo deje

Todo muy bien, camas y almohadas muy comodas, buena comida

Das erste Zimmer was wir bekommen haben, war absolut unterirdisch. Total dreckig und überhaupt nicht dem entsprechend was auf den Bildern zu sehen war. Das inkludierte Frühstück bestand aus einen Stück süßen Gebäck, Kaffe und der Auswahl aus einen Glas Saft oder einem Früchteteller welcher dann 10 Stücke Früchte Scheiben hatte. Ein Teller mit Rührei hätte pro Person 150 Peso gekostet. Selbst meine mexikanische Freundin war von dem Hotel und dem Frühstück total entsetzt und enttäuscht.

The view is great. That's pretty much the only positive side of the hotel. The rooms are quite large, you'll never run out of space if that's what you're looking for, except in the shower, which somehow ended up cramped in a small corner with all that space around! Terrible architecture.

The room main door is flimsy and hollow with large gratings. People can peek into your room through the vents or a kid could kick it open. The light and noises of the hallway go through the door and into the room like if there was no door whatsoever. There were 2 extra-large beds in the room but both mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.

The floors were not sweep. Cleani g crew did not deep clean the place.
