Spacious room, big bed, we liked that they offer shuttle service form/to the pier. The location is not bad, walking distance from few nice beaches and view points, although is like 1 km to walk everyday. They have also their own store downstairs which was convenient.

Very early check out - 10.30! Only two breakfast options, after 6 days I couldn't look at it anymore. It would be nice to make something more, even simple like ham and cheese toasties for example. The shower doesn't have a curtain so the bathroom is all the time wet. The cleaning services are not much cleaning - more like just new towels. And if you don't want to clean, you are not getting any supplies, which is odd. Because of that we asked to clean everyday just to get water and toilet paper even if we literally didn't need it.

the bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well! The staff tried to satisfy my dietary requirements,thanks a lot! The staff did their best!

Internet was insanely poor and the room very dark. The toilet flush didn’t work, therefore I had to open the container every time to refill the tank. The AC was badly noisy!

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of December. The breakfast has two sets: Set 1 is bacon, sausage, egg, coffee and toast and set 2 is cereal, coffee, and toast. But they gave me an extra egg with my toast because I didn’t want the bacon and sausage. I thought that was nice of them. The room is very large and clean, the mattress is comfortable, and there was 4 pillows on our bed. I like that the hotel is attached to a convenient store. They also offered a free ride to our next hotel on the island.

The tv didn’t work. I really enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again.

The room was big and spacious, and the bed was comfy. We chose this place for the location and for the included breakfast as we had planned a scuba course close by. The location was close to the south end of the island and a lot calmer than near to the pier. It's possible to rent a scooter at a good price and without the need to leave your passport or a deposit

The internet was terrible !!! We had to move to another accommodation as we couldn't complete the online courses associated to our scuba diving course. Also the breakfast is nothing like what the photos lead you to believe, it's alright but we were a little disappointed. And the balcony is none existant

This is my second time here, and besides Covid situation, this location still in a good shape, breakfast also less choices but nice to start the day. Bed, probably the best mattress, simply amazing.

No hot water for shower this time, needs to fix it.

The hotel was amazing. The receptionist, Milk, was exceptional. She helped with booking snorkelling, a scooter, transfers to and from boat, everything. such value for money & real nice stay.

Staff was super friendly and prepared different breakfast for my due to my diet and also offered the possibility for a late check-out (on request) because I was diving in the morning and so I could take a shower before taking the ferry. For divers I can also really recommend the dive school OceanSound.

Aircon was quite loud at night, but ear plugs can help.

the lady at reception was so helpful, helped us book a bike and the boat trip. The location was good with near by restaurants. Room was huge we had lots of room!

We didn’t see the room service sign (it was a big piece of paper on the side, not on the door) until our last day so we didn’t know you had to put it out if you wanted your bed made, new towels, toilet paper etc.

Very very bad Wifi. Could not even send a mail. Do NOT rent a scooter through Hotel. Got it with empty tank, brakes were really bad (unsafe…) and we were not allowed to extend the rental time for four hours unless we pay a full extra day… the scooter lady was unfriendly too.

The room was clean and spacious, it is slightly away from the main area but we easily rented a bike which then took 5 minutes to get to the centre. We moved hotels after 2 nights and the woman behind the desk even arranged immediate free transport to our next place. Nice staff, decent bikes and good value for money.

The breakfast could be improved and wasn’t too vegetarian friendly but not a huge issue. The room also had light coming in so was not completely dark in the mornings.

The property was clean and staff was very kind and useful.

we did not enjoy our stay at all. worst day of our long trip around Thailand. we really dont recommend this place. We simply never had water in our room for showering and brushing teeth. Above all, what was more disappointing was the reaction of the manager. she never apologized or offered an alternative. there are so many better places in Kho Tao. just eun away from this place.
