New, modern, very clean, excellent equipped and spacious apartment with huge bathroom and additional toilet. Located in pedestrian area with lot of restaurants and cafes. Private, spacious and secured parking place situated just behind the building.

A little unusual arrangement of beds: king size and additional bed for one in master bedroom + additional bed for one in the living room. The apartment is situated on the second floor of the building with three restaurants on the lower floors (by the pictures on the booking.com you can easily imagine spacious, quiet garden instead).

Can't imagine a better place to stay! We spent lovely time there. All you need is 10 min to reach - beaches, restorants, shops, bus stop to old center and port. Appartments has all we needed - even beach towels. Kate is a super host, thank you 🙂 Highly recommended.

evreything, lovely spacious and clean apartment with evreything you need, fully air conditioned, 5 min walk from beach and 2 min walk from buses and taxis. lovely restaurant right underneath which where always quiet. really enjoyed my stay.

Excellent apt well fitted out and spacious Location near Beach. Buses . Supermarket. Restaurants. Walks. Old city 15 minutes by bus 2 euro. Highly recommend. .

The location of the apartment to the beach was great. Also it was nice to have different restaurants close to the apartment.

Everything was nice , The host was wonderful even if I had no contact (covid19 😔) was the easiest check in , I recommend!

Great location (though not in the city center, which is 10 mins by bus, the stop is 1 min on foot), cozy modern, well-equipped apartment with a perfect terrace for two and the morning coffee or the evening cocktail(s), nice restaurants around, shop in the next building, beach nearby, etc. (There's even an escape-room at the next corner :D) Dedicated parking place, ideal for travelers with car. Guest restroom is very useful. Also the clean and kinda new waching machine came handy. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, she replied any questions literally immediately. Thank you Kate! :)

There was no cold water in the bathrooms, the pipe system might be revised or repaired.

The local bread was very tasty .

There was no name plaque of the property on the apartment (ie Concordia lux apartment s) so we were up and down the road to find the apartment with our luggage and asking locals for the address. It would be a great help if on email you are told the location ie the apartment is above the restaurant or next to Ida place .
