Fabulous hotel and very friendly staff. A particular thumbs up to bar staff Rojin and Mustafa. Absolutely no complaints. Great food and plenty of it.

I had a wonderful experience at the Royal Asarlık Beach. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank y'all.

The room was nicely presented and clean but smelled bad when we arrived of the bathroom drain/ mould.

the bar facilities are abysmal. drinks are atrocious. bad for the stomach. food is awful and staff don’t care. they laugh, look disinterested, not trained to do any of the jobs they’re required to do. the whole place looks worn and old. the panorama restaurant could be fabulous but no decoration and poor lighting at night, dirty plates left everywhere, old furniture around that’s unused. all coffee is machine coffee and crap. sometimes like water, never tastes good.

The staff are very welcoming and very attentative. They made our experience at the Royal Asarlik Hotel the best. From top level to base. The staff are always there to help even some with little english, you can see them try very hard. Also if you make a little effort to speak in Turkish, it goes a long way.

Going home. It was very emoti9nal and many staff showed that too. I could of stayed there for another week. We made many new friends from all nationalities and cultures which we truly embraced.

There was a very bad smell all around the hotel the furniture was very old the towels and bed sheets was very dirty overall all was a very unpleasant stay never I will recommend it to anyone

the location was nice

there was no room service at all, you have to go to the bar to grab anything even water. There was no food after 21:30, so if you were hungry at anytime at night they will simply tell you its closed.
