Very nice hotel in a dreamy Italien city :)

A little way out of the town centre, the hotel is on the edge of a park in a quiet neighbourhood. No problem parking the motorbikes. A small indoor and a small outdoor pool. Lovely big room with large balcony. Nice terraces for drinks and dinner. The restaurant was excellent - you can either pick individual courses or have the whole thing (small enough portions). Friendly and professional staff.

The piano while at dinner was beautiful. The rooftop was very calming too.

The Facade of the hotel was a little cheap and old.

We loved this hotel! We met friends for the weekend. Together we were four adults and seven children. It is clean, beautiful, modern but charming and the family who owns it is so kind and helpful! It is walking distance to a castle and gardens. The restaurant was delicious for breakfast and lunch. The pool was the perfect temperature and perfect for adults and children. We will definitely come back!

It‘s a cute Family owned Hotel. Everybody were super nice and helpful. We had a few last minute unexpected changes on our part and the Hotel was very understanding and were able to find a solution right away. The breakfast was excellent. We would definitely come back.

very nice and quiet room location, close to Trauttmansdorff gardens and along SiSi walk, a 20 min nice an quiet walk to the city center

Staff at the property exceptional : could not do enough to ensure we were happy. Room ( suite) was exceptional ( we we’re upgraded)… spacious. We loved the quiet location ( 20-30 min walk outside old Centre of Meran ), but 10 mins from the botanical gardens ( Trautmannsdorf), which is well worth a visit . Facilities at the hotel ( pool , sauna ) so clean and garden / furniture top condition . This is a beautiful hotel to stay in .

The hotel and service are excellent. Room was clean and nice. If you are looking for a quite place with great location and hospitality it’s definitely the place to stay. Pet friendly.
