Hotel Sato were very accommodating for me and my family. Special requests such as early check in and late check out were given and very much appreciated. The hotel was quiet due to out of season but perfect for our family and the use of facilities still - felt like our own private hotel! Staff were very polite and talkative. In general..this 4 star hotel, just a 7min walk to the train station was amazing for us and we felt like royalty :)

The WiFi was dropping in and out but not a problem for us as weren't relying on it. Still worked well:)

Clean, nice apartment, house keeping is nice. Nice beakfast.

Maybe a beter internet connection If you are working and want to make video call you will get some interruptions.

The hotel is everything they advertised and exceeded our expectations. Immaculate throughout. beds made and room cleaned everyday, new sheets every other day. We were booked for breakfast which was fantastic - a great selection of hot and cold, continental and cooked and plenty of choice. The staff throughout the hotel were excellent, really friendly, very accommodating and very professional. We loved the breakfast team and Fillip and Luke were excellent in their recommendations in the terrace lounge bar/restaurant.

The beach could do with a bit of love but this seemed like more of a cultural thing rather than the hotel itself. it’s clean of rubbish and maintained every morning which was nice to see whilst I was going for a swim at 7am. However, it’s a shame that beachgoers throw their cigarette buts on the floor, (which I know the hotel is trying to resolve)

very friendly staff: people at reception extremely helpful, restaurant and pool too. Breakfast was extensive and a lot of choice. Parking added value too

beach dirty: beach boys unfriendly, dirt everywhere, kept places for the prefered customers. A lot of noise from other rooms and Sutomore is very loud and animated all day and night.

Perfect location as very close to the beach, restaurants and all other attractions. Reception team was very helpful, responsive and professional. Our apartment was clean and the see view really breathtaking. Special thanks to Vanessa!

The room view was beautiful. The room was spacious. Clean. Our friends said the cleaninf lady cleaned their room very well during the stay.

We arrived with 4 more people who were our guests. When we arrived none in 3 rooms had water in the bathrooms. The hotel does not have a tank of water. We called a receptionist and asked her to bring a bottle of water in our 3 rooms because we travelled and had to wash at least teeth. The hotel did not have those cheap white slippers that hotel with less starts have. One of our guests called the reception and asked for the slippers and the receptionist laughed cynically on the call. The other day we asked for a non-disturbe sign. They did not have it. Then my wife called again to check with them, they said they sent a room keeper who did not come in a while. In the end, one room of our friends got the sign, and the other did not get the sign during the stay. My wife asked for water during the breakfast and unpolite lady named Milena Mihajlović came and said she was forbiden to give a glass of water. We do travel a lot and this is the first time in life we experienced this. We paid for the breakfast and we would pay extra for a bottle of water if she asked us. Two men working on the beach and giving towells had negative commeents because my friends were wearing a head scarf and did not swim that day in the sea. The beach is small and crowded. In the evening you can hear very loud folk music from the beach.

Location was great. Rooms are clean every morning. Thumbs up for cleaning lady at the time of stay (Room 504).

Sky Bar at top floor - very rude worker (name Svetozar I think). He wanted tip by default because he is used everyone gives it to him. Parking is pricey. Not so clean water goes through middle of beach into sea.

Location was perfect, very close to the beach. Breakfast was good. Many restaurants and bars near, however I really recomend to visit the bar in the hotel, located the same floor as the reception. The coffee is very good , better that in Starbucks and the view is nice. All the personal at the bar, pool , beach were very nice and helpful. In general , people in Montenegro was nice and polite. The big plus is private beach, it makes difference. I really reccomend this hotel for couples and family vacation.

-The contact with the sales and reservation team was very poor. I was waiting for the answer 2 - 3 days. I have contacted on booking and even wrote the email directly, still waiting for the answer. -At the reception you have to leave your passports till the check out as a kind of deposit that you will pay in the end. In my country it is illigal, however, the receptionist has made the exception and gave us passports back at the day of arrival. Thank you. :)

the location and the reception staff, to mention the housekeeping lady Lily was very good.

the timings of the pool , it should be bit longer opening hours specially in summer. the staffs in the break fast area if the can be more friendly and smiling that would be gr8

Great hotel and lovely staff. Nice buffet breakfast, the hotel beach was clean and never too crowded, which I really enjoyed. The hotel is in a great location, close to the local bus stops and main station. The room was great, clean, and comfortable - literally no complaints, everything you need was there! Unfortunately, the SPA was being renovated so I didn't use it, but the pool area was still quite good and with a nice view. I'd stay here again for sure! :)

My room was overlooking the promenade and the parties were a bit much sometimes, but it's a fair trade for the view. Also, I understand but dislike the no food/drinks from outside policy - the offer in the Lounge bar and mini-bar was quite expensive, yet too limited for my taste. It also meant I had to buy some alcohol/food souvenirs last minute after leaving the hotel.

Very friendly and helpful

Hotel is at a good location, everything is very near: beach, restaurants and coffee shops... We got the best room in the hotel, considering the view. Breakfast buffet was ok, had everything, for vegetarians or no vegetarians.

Bed wasn't comfortable for me, and pillows have been too big. My husband didn't mind it.
