The condo is very secure and each apartment is fully equiped. This is #1 choice to stay in Jaco.

some rough wear on some of the furniture and found 1 large cockroach in the bed on our last night.

These are privately owned condo's. They are rented out by a company. Staff is friendly and assist with basic items and give instructions for activities ex. atv's, fishing etc. They helped with taxis everywhere which is awesome! location is excellent, your across the street from the grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants. You are in the center of Jaco and an average $2 taxi ride anywhere you want to go.

cleaning service is just once and they come back to clean when you check out, Its like your own place.

Access to the beach, markets, pharmacy and plenty of great places to eat. Staff was exceptional and nice, the condo itself was clean and spacious. Great community and can’t recommend it highly enough!
