No microwave and not easy to access from car park, smell smoke because of the Pub below. A bit noisy

I had no expectations, it was overall a pleasant stay.

The shift manager berated a staff member in front of guests for making a drink I requested because it wasn't 'set' up on the register system. The team member was doing her job keeping a guest happy.

VERY HOT! In the afternoon, I set the air conditioner to 16 degrees, but there was no effect, and the shared bathroom was cooler than my room.

Room was beautiful, Restaurant was awesome and enjoyed my gaming I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay there again

Staff was friendly and helpful ☺️

The room was small and the bathrooms where not in a good place , normally bathrooms should be in the room not outside

Food was delicious and room was spotlessly clean

Window in room had no catch

Blood stains on mattress that could be seen through the sheets.

The staff in the hotel where very helpful and the food was excellent and the location was good as it was just up the road from my brothers place where we were going to each day to fix his unit as he passed away last year.

The house keeping if you could call it that was poor. The beds were not made the used towels not collected the room not vacuumed and trash not empty and no clean cups provided and dirty cups put back for use. But when we complained it was fixed but unfortunately we where there for a week and had to complain a lot. If you fix up the house keeping side your hotel would be excellent.

the staff were amazing, friendly and very attentive

my first room, the toilet hadn’t been clean. this was reported by myself and another room was given. the fact is, that I was already unpack and had to pack my things again to relocate. this was in fact a inconvenience that should never had happen, if the toilet was cleaned as should of been. my second room, there were 2 Tv remotes and none for the air conditioner in the room. also there was a problem with the phone connection in behind the lamp! it was BROKEN!! your cleaning staff need to understand this is part of making sure the rooms are at the best standards. all equipment must and should work as part of the stay.

Friendly helpful staff, Great meals (highly recommend the meals)

I stayed for 6 nights, the bathroom was not cleaned & no fresh towels at all in the entire stay, Bed was not made properly each day, only "thrown over". Bed not made at all on the last day of my stay.

The whole system of checking in online only and booking online only as far too much hassle far too much stress used to be way easier just to walk in speak with a person and do the book in there and then has definitely created way more hassle doing it all online only

cold shower shower needed cleaning around the floor area no breakfast included heater did not work well

Room was clean / bed comfortable.

Unfortunately I was able to hear the piped music all night, coming from the hall (could hear it quite clearly in the bathroom, faintly from the bedroom) - I stayed in room # 3. Would be good if the music stopped at @ 10.00pm.

Not much to be honest

Arrived after finishing a 12hr shift. Got my room and settled in. Got a knock at the door at 9:30pm from the manager very rudely questioning who I was and asking me to change rooms. This was definitely inconvenient and the first time I've ever experienced something like that. Beds are also way to soft and other guests were blasting music out of their rooms. It was a nightmare.

place was great over all we were quite late arriving and needed our beds that was for sure, was very nice to have such a clean space to relax and sleep in. housekeepers keep up the great work.

when we arrived the male manager on duty was rude, the security guard didn't check our vaccination certificates, and the manager proceeded to have an argument with the security guard in front of us before check us in. The manager then fluffed around and took more than 20 minutes to check us in, it all just seemed to hard for him to be at work, and like we were a disruption to his shift. very poor form on a managers behalf.
