Easy stay for early morning flight from Melbourne airport. Can walk to terminal easily.

I just needed a bed for the night as I had an early flight so room was fine and I could walk to the terminal. For that purpose it was excellent but a bit pricey. I would imagine most people use it for.this one night stay so can't see that other facilities, apart from a decent restaurant and bar, are really nevessary

I had a bit of trouble getting through to reception to find and alter my check in arrangements

Convenient as I had an early flight, being a Melburnian this was the first time I stayed in one of our airport hotels. Functional.and clean, could do with a renovation, but served the purpose.

Had booked a shuttle for 2.45 am, the staff member who drove me was so unfriendly, opened the back of the trailer and left me to shove in my suitcase. No offer of help and just stood looking at me.

Nothing! Old room and bad service

fire alarm went off at midnight. Was already 2nd time. everyone down for a false alarm. in the morning when checking out no one asked how was your stay. no small compensation for the inconvenience or whatever…

Location, responsive staff.

Friendly obliging staff. Nothing was too much trouble. They let me leave my car in the car park for extra time without charging me. The shuttle bus was great and the driver very helpful.

The bathroom was a little worn but perfectly clean and functional.

Lovely, clean and friendly staff.

The air con wouldn’t go off and the room was freezing but the friendly staff brought me a heater.. the heater had to stay on all night as the air con was far too cold and wouldn’t shut off. The room at the front of the hotel was a bit too noisy for me.

Close to airport.

Minimal sleep due to VERY, VERY, VERY noisy and unremitting road resurfacing that commenced just before 2200, and was still happening when we left the hotel at 0445. Our room faced the street where re surfacing works were underway. A room on the other side of the building would have been much better

Fantastic proximity to airport with prompt free shuttle bus ,massive clean comfy room and great breakfast,and a Mac D one minute walk away was so tired so a very easy quick option

Staff were very welcoming and it was nice to be greeted at the door when we arrived. It waa good to have a shuttle bus to the terminals.

I had asked for a twin room and a walk-in shower. I had a message from the hotel that twin rooms did not have a walk -in shower and to contact them if I wanted to change to a queen room. I left the booking as it was. When we got to our room it was a queen room with a walk-in shower and it appeared to be the room for disabled guests. It had a large bathroom but there was nowhere to put any toiletries and after a shower the floor was awash with water.
