Nice location, adequate facilities.

The location was excellent for the Eastern suburbs. The room size was adequate and the facilities were satisfactory. The kitchen was spacious. Wifi was good.

Insufficient parking spaces on premise, had to park on the street nearby. The couch was unusable. Traffic noise from the road was noticeable at night.

Sebal's pros and cons

Beautiful views and in a good spot

Not air conditioning in the rooms and they were very over heated, rooms needed better cleaning. Not enough chairs in lounge and ensuite was very small.

Great experience

Smooth checkin and the apartment was very clean with all the necessities. Staff were very helpful. View from the bedroom was just amazing. The hotel very good as all the other locations I wanted to go to was on 10 minutes drive. If I am going back to Melbourne, this is definitely the place for my stay.

Accessibility to Caulfield racecourses

On arrival, I asked a staff member where was the racetrack is, she indicated turn right then down the road past the petrol station which is incorrect. Staff should no basic directions. Lots technical issues, no hot water. It seems to be a boarding accomodation for students- our floor at times was noisy

The strand were great as we had to extend our stay a couple of times

It was very convenient to the hospital where my husband was.

The only issue was the noise from the traffic below, which was louder than we expected but understandable.

Lovely hotel, great views and setting. Nice eateries nearby, and access to racecourse for the event.

Staff were very helpful, as I had some deliveries arrive at the hotel which they stored for me and I was very grateful.

The sauna was not hot, and the spa was warm but not warm enough.

Nice apartment but unfortunately very noisy

Nice apartment, balconies and kitchen were great. Beds were pretty comfortable. Friendly staff and easy parking.

This is probably the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Trams, trains and cars right below us all night, loud banging noises also. This isn't a criticism as the traffic noise is obviously out of managements control, but don't expect a great night's sleep.
