+ Great service: reception employees, cleaning staff, server at the breakfast - everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. + Amazing breakfast! The variety was not too big, but everything was delicious and freshly made. Eggs? Perfect consistency and well-seasoned. French fries? Made in a pan out of real potato slices. Cheeses, olives, and other starters? Wonderful. They also serve Turkish coffee on request. + Our first room (for a family of three) was very small, but upon request we were moved to a very comfortable room with more space. + Excellent location: very central, literally down the street from the Sultanahmet Square, but the windows were aimed at quiet streets. If you see train tracks out of your windows, don't be bothered: the trains did not disturb us at all, and we slept with open windows. + There is an elevator (not a given for historic buildings) + The beds might seem pretty hard at first, but they are very comfortable! No issues with sleep whatsoever. + The hotel is relatively small, so there are no crowds at breakfast or in the lobby. The building itself is historic and looks very cute.

- Probably because of the historic building, there are not many sockets in the rooms. - If you have loud neighbors, you will hear them well.

We were made to feel very welcome immediately. Our room with balcony and views to the sea was spotless and cleaned daily. The breakfast was ample and delicious, with fresh recipes daily. The location was very quiet and the Mosques were nearby. It was a beautiful walk, past the sights , to get to the tram to move around the city with ease. If only more hotels had such a family vibe with attention to detail and courtesy.

Los baños, súper pequeños y olían a desagüe, la limpieza era correcta, pero las olores lo estropean. Las habitaciones una pequeña a penas cabían las maletas para dos y la otra nos dieron una de cuatro para dos, así que perfecto.

Великолепный отель! Тот случай, когда в реальности всё еще лучше. Во-первых, персонал: любые просьбы решались быстро, мы чувствовали себя действительно желанными гостями, о которых постоянно заботятся. Мы отдыхали с маленьким ребенком, и было очень удобно, что нам предоставили детскую кроватку и стульчик для кормления. Сотрудники - самая большая гордость этого отеля: такие радушные, заботливые, вежливые! Отдельное спасибо Халиту (Halit, thank You!!!), помогал нам во всем от вызова такси до отправки почтовых открыток. Во-вторых, завтрак и уборка номеров - всё на достойном уровне, в номере приборка идеальная, всё пополняли без просьб и напоминаний. На завтраке есть всё необходимое: овощи, фрукты, салаты, выпечка. Очень вкусное гёзлеме! Ну и в-третьих, это местоположение, просто шикарное! Вроде и самый центр, но улочка уютная, не шумная, одна из самых милых улочек в Стамбуле! Обязательно будем рекомендовать друзьям и с радостью вернемся сами! Успехов и процветания!

Perfect location, just absolutely incredible to walk through this area every day. And lots of great restaurant options nearby for dinner. Nice to have a view over the city (ask for a higher floor for more view) helpful staff, good breakfast to start the day, comfortable and clean. Beautiful staircase made it feel like living in history.

If you visit in the summer and you are heat sensitive, be sure to talk with the booking staff about this. Some of their cooling equipment is out of date.

Centrally located with beautiful views of the sea. Very clean and very good breakfast with variety of food. The cleaning staff were very accommodating and reception staff on 30 August and 31 August were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help out on our needs. Well done and keep it up. Will surely revisit in the near future.
