Friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel, excellent location, delicious turkish breakfast.

Slow wifi, incomplete room cleaning, a bit expensive

It was a great stay there ,all the staff working there were very nice and helpful especially the receptionist lady , she was very careful and kind . Location:perfect Service's quality/price :very good and reasonable

Breakfast was normal, but there no vacant table and we are waiting for 10-15 min, personal are not polite, and the receptionist was really rude and unprofessional.

Not far from the beach

Hotel policy, they don’t let you bring snacks or beverages to hotel. Even if they don’t have what you bought, they force you to buy from bar. This is first time i see in my life, when you are forced to order from hotel bar, they don’t want to compete by excellent service, you are just a prisoner. So you should stay at hotel by their rules, no matter how ridiculous they are. For 6 nights we had only 1 time cleaning. Soundproofing is very poor

Spacious room with the balcony which faces mountains. It takes 7-10 minutes to get to the sea coast and the hotel is surrounded by various restaurants and supermarkets. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. They gave us the names of the places to explore nearby, including hill which overlooks Oludeniz town. The pool is daily cleaned.

Breakfast is the same every single day: different kinds of cheese, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelons, melons, sausages, boiled and fried eggs. It is the same, yet tasty. Only instant coffee is provided. Sometimes cleaners forgot to leave the set of towels for the second person in the room, then we needed to ask for towels.

the location was great, close enough to the main road, shops, and the way down to the beach, but still quiet enough in the evenings. the rooms were comfortably sized with good air conditioning, and the bathrooms were spacious and nice too. Breakfast was good (if a bit limited in selection), and we ate there almost every day of our stay. Staff were so helpful and accommodating.

Our flights out were in the evening but due to full occupancy the hotel was not able to offer us a half day stay, which would have been nice. It wasn't incredibly detrimental to the quality of our stay though, and we ended up not needing it in the end.

Property location is great, it's 20 meters away from the main street. It's clean and room service does it's job great especially if you tip them (however they forgot to leave shower gel for a few days in a row, had to talk to reception guys to get this fixed)

Breakfast - due to pandemic there was no buffet and waiters picked up orders at the table. Basically it was eggs of choice with cheese bites and two slices of local ham, no other options. Dude who picked up orders always spoke over me, what's wrong with him? Second half of our stay we decided to have breakfast outside. WiFi - you'd rather pretend there is no WiFi at all, got strong flashback of dial-up internet era. Even at public spaces it's too slow for anything than instant messaging. "You're not allowed to bring in food and drinks" - not a word about this at booking.com profile page, nevertheless at the spot they say they'll charge your room with the price of stuff you bring.

Close to bars & restaurants but not noisy. Pool area lovely & relaxed and clean. Rooms fairly basic but clean.

Location is perfect right next to oludeniz beach literally couple minutes walk. Shuttle bus is 3 minutes work from hotel. Clean hotel nice pool spacious room. Staff are very friendly helpful and kind. Highly recommend this hotel. Cheap price as well. Hotel food is also nice wide range.

The only bad thing is that there is no wi-fi in the bedroom only in the pool area or front desk lobby. No wi fi in the rooms which was a bit annoying do think this need to be added.
