Localização e atendimento

Great position in Florence, quiet, clean, some staff very pleasant and helpful - in particular Giovani who made us laugh telling us which trains to catch to Lucca on a Sunday, and Cherish who was very smiley and helpful. Good breakfast. Very pleasant gardens for a large city hotel.

Expensive for deluxe room when the window was too high to look out of and only a view of random roofs - couldn't even see the garden. Room was dark and lacking in character. Some staff on reception acted as though they were doing us a favour when answering questions or getting us a kettle and fresh milk - not much to ask when you're paying over 300 euros b&b! No information in the room about anything.

Les instalacions precioses i la situació molt bona i tranquil.la, fora de la zona super turistica!! El personal molt amable i pendent de tu en tot moment.

Vam demanar esmorzar aviat (6:00h ) el dia que marxavem i ens van donar un picnic una mica precari.. el menjador obria a les 7h. Sense café ni calents... en altres hotels et deixen preparat al menjador amb termos un esmorzar similar al que has pagat els altres dies. Habitació correcte, pero el bany una mica massa petit. Justet. Quan vam arribar hi havia dues ampolletes d'aigua ,pero no la van repossar en els tres dies que vam ser-hi . Una al dia no estaría malament, en aquest sentit una mica just.

George and Giovanni at front desk were exceptional and made our stay so relaxing. We drove from London and stopped over in Florence before the last leg of our journey. George made us feel so welcomed and was very helpful in guiding us through the city for that evening and the following day. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The breakfast team were so pleasant and friendly. Great team and a great place to stay in the center of Florence. Definitely coming back in Summer.

Albergo situato nella zona "oltrarno", una delle più belle, cool ed ispirate di Firenze. Horto Convento è un 4 stelle che mantiene tutte le promesse, e premesse: struttura nuova, curata nei minimi particolari con uno staff gentile ed estremamente professionale. Le camere sono ben arredate, non particolarmente spaziose ma molto pulite e ben fornite.. Ritornerò volentieri

This is second time we have stayed here and it is a lovely friendly hotel but the best thing about it is the position in San Frediano area of Florence. So easy to walk the City

The showers are a bit small but not too much of a problem !

This hotel exceed my expectations and was definitely worth the money! The building is from the 12th century and has been tastefully restored and turned into a beautiful hotel. We were on the top floor which had a beautiful view of the gardens. The room was very spacious and modern decor. The ceiling was exposed brick which added to the character. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a large selection. The staff would great and offered coffee straight away (which is alway needed first thing in the morning). The staff at reception always greeted us and were very helpful. Keep in mind that this hotel is about a 10min walk for the city but I actually prefer being away centre and found the walk enjoyable. 100% recommend and would happily return!
