Great location, owner was very hands on and helpful. There is a separate room with washing machines and hanging space for your wet clothes with Washing powder provided as well. Everything is a short walk away. Larger than normal fridge with a microwave is in the room. Storage space for clothes.

Iko's apartments are fantastic. Localisation is perfect, between old and new batumi, so all attractions are quite close. In the apartment you can find iron, hairdryer, microwave, everything what you need. And at the end special thanks to the owners. Very kind, helpful, they definitely know how to run a business in tourism. If I will ever go back to Batumi I will definitely choose again this accommodation and I will recommend it to my friends.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

We stayed there 5 days, 4 nights and it was awesome! Mr. Irakli is a very friendly, helpful, generous and accomodating host. He made sure that we can get the help that we needed anytime of the day. He even deducted the cost of our taxi from our payment and asked us to choose from the rooms available, where we wanted to stay and even gave us a ride to the restaurant. The room are well maintained and new, with a nice view from the balcony. Kitchen appliances are provided with pot and pans that the guest can use. Very good wifi coverage. The building main door is secured with RF lock so we are never worried about security. Location wise it is situated on the center of batumi, with a less than 10 mins walk to europe square, batumi boulevard and the beach. 15 mins to the old town. A block away from May 6 park and 5 mins walk to Dolphinarium. Restaurants, shops and market are around the vicinity. Overall, we loved our stay to IKO'S APARTMENT and we will surely book this place again in the future and refer to our friends and family. Highly recommended! Thank you Sir Irakli 👍🙏
