I booked a room because of the pool but my room was in the annex without a pool. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom was dull with water so everything got wet and going to the toilet meant walking through the water on the floor. One day i was sick when the cleaningstaff came. They wanted me to leave the room. I said that i was sick and would stay on the balcony till they had dinished. Then, they redused to clean the room and left.

Hotel is great and the location is okay however I saw no swimming pool so I cannot comment about a swimming pool because from what I saw there was none and I was given no information about it!!!

I would’ve loved to have gone for a swim but there was no swimming pool available

The reception was working 24/7 which is convenient and the staff was friendly when we asked them to change the bedsheets but the hotel overall is terrible. Extremely dirty for European standards.

Where to start?! There were hair everywhere, the bed sheets were disgusting many stains, the blankets smelled so bad that we had to put them in a closet, we asked the staff to change them when we checked in at 2 in the morning and those that they brought us had even worst smell. The next day after talking to the manager the cleaning lady had to come and put new bed sheets and blankets. The bathroom was dirty, sometimes there was no hot water, there was sewage smell in our room and the walls are very thin, you can practically hear other people talking from adjacent rooms. The floor also hadn't been cleaned properly. For this price range it's by far the worst hotel we have been

Breakfast was rather good with a variety of dishes. Location of the hotel was very good, 5 min from the plages. Near to restaurants shops,...

The room equipment was very limited. No isolation at all, that you hear even conversations from neighbouring rooms. We didn't sleep

One of the men working at reception made me uncomfortable, and was unfriendly at beginning of arrival.

There was terrible smell in the room and mainly in the bathroom.

I stayed 2 nights only and it was enough... beach is close walking distance as a plus side.

1) I was disappointed I got there and I was taken to another building a block away. I did not stay in the Hotel building itself. This other building has with no reception , or security. It is a complete separated building located 1 or 2 blocks away the actual hotel building. I was disappointed as I would prefer to stay in the actual hotel itself, but apparently I booked " The annex" - no more info on the site about it, it is like having like small prints... I was alone and I did not feel safe with the amount of drunk people on the street and surrounding areas. 2) The bedroom I got , shower leaking water to the bathroom floor, a bit annoyed as the bathroom looked flooded everywhere i had a shower 3) Also , different from other hotels I had stayed in Mallorca, this one don't have a dedicated area for the guests who wants to have a shower when checking out early. In my case the checkout is 10 am, fligth was 5pm and I went to the beach meanwhile. So The shower I had to use was an open pool shower.(with other guest watching you having your shower on bikini)

we were in the annex away from the main hotel it was near to supermarkets and not too far to walk to the strip/beach

very noisy location lots of traffic and noisy neighbours groups of men shouting along the corridors. as the annex is not staffed this continues all night. phone to reception did not work

good location only 5 minutes if that to walk to the beach and all the restaurants and clubs. Air con in the room was very nice and cold.

did not like how the balcony's felt on top of each other very easy for other people to access your balcony/ room. no sun light to the balcony at all and very small. pool was okay but no sun hits near the pool area either due to other hotels/ building blocking it. feel the room could have a mini fridge at least just to keep drinks cold.

near to the beach, cool swimming pool, breakfast was ok, the staff was friendly

The location and the building itself - the hotel is situated in the noisiest area of the island, with many night clubs and loud music. Definitely not for people who want to calm down and take a rest during their vacation. Additionally, the walls in the building are so thin, that you feel as if you slept with 30 other people in the room. We came back home extremely exhausted, because we weren’t able to sleep during our entire stay.

I didn't need it, but the beach is just 3 min by feet. Bus stop 50 m. Very powerful air conditioner. Balcony with a small table. Perfect location anf friendly staf.

My room was in the additional hotel's building. The room was smoky, the whole space of the hotel smels very bad. Drunk young people were walking and screaming in coridors by night. The furniture is old and unpleasant. Shower with hairs (look at the picture).
