We were lucky to find this spot so late in the year. We found the place very comfortable and of course in the perfect spot to really enjoy Capitola!!

Home was clean, beds were very comfortable and walking distance to everything. Parking spot for only one car.

Great location and place for a family trip. Loved how close it was to the beach. Would have loved it if the washer worked and the folks upstairs were a little loud but overall a good stay.

Perfect spot for our family of 5 - right in the heart of Capitola village and right stooping the corner from the beach, shops and restaurants. Cute and clean and well appointed - we will be back!

Property was as represented by photos, location etc. However, the washing machine was out of service, the BBQ required a lit match (light and run for it) to start, and flavor bars rusted to oblivion, and unable to determine how much propane remains in tank; the fridge had a broken bar on door; broken chair leg on kitchen set

Great stay at this charming beach rental. Plenty of room for our little family. We appreciated the large kitchen, extra beach supplies, comfy couches and of course easy access to all that Capitola Village has to offer.

House location and pictures are as-advertised. Amenities/property management are completely substandard, with multiple issues. House was advertised with Washer/Dryer, which were broken during our stay. Manager did not communicate this at booking or during check-in. After I reached out, there was a part they were waiting for and they said "it should arrive any day" and "I'll keep you posted." I never heard from them again over the next 3 days. Not being able to wash our clothes significantly impacted our vacation, as we'd packed for the ability to do laundry. No compensation was offered. Additional property issues were 1) The only toilet had trouble flushing unless you lifted the top of the tank and manually lifted the flapper. This should be a simple fix to adjust the chain but had not been done. 2) The broiler element on the electric oven was falling off and hanging down such that the top shelf of the oven was unusable. This seems like it could be an electrical safety issue. 3) The shelf bar on the refrigerator was broken so that one shelf of the refrigerator could not be used Again, the property photos and location were great. Most of these items are not critical, but there was zero disclosure and zero attempt to resolve problems. I expect more when I spend $500+/night including fees. The property manager is doing the owner a disservice. Our family vacation was negatively impacted by the advertised amenities that were not available during our stay and there was no acknowledgment of that other than a ":("

Clean, comfortable. Having a parking spot a big plus. You do hear upstairs neighbors but never a problem. Well stocked kitchen. Excellent location. Washer and dryer broken during our visit which was inconvenient but company very responsive to issue even though it could not be fixed while we were there. Hallie extremely helpful and pleasant.

Great location, the only downside was the Bbq grill was rusted out and unusable!

Great time with family

We go to Capitola frequently enough to appreciate how close the property is to the Village and the beach. Check in was flawless and the house had everything we could need or want. My daughter commented that the beds were the most comfortable she’s ever slept in. Once we parked the car we walked everywhere. The host was fantastic! Would highly recommend!

We go to Capitola frequently enough to appreciate how close the property is to the Village and the beach. Check in was flawless and the house had everything we could need or want. My daughter commented that the beds were the most comfortable she’s ever slept in. Once we parked the car we walked everywhere. The host was fantastic! Would highly recommend!

Condo was very clean however there was a mild moldy smell in the kitchen. Couldn’t tell where it was coming from. There were kids in the unit above us so we did hear quite a bit of noise above us. Other than those minor issues we had a great time. The location is perfect, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen. I would certainly rent this unit again
