the room is great, especially the bathroom. the hotel also has washing machine and vending machine on the floor i am staying at very nice. the location of the hotel is near Kyoto Station which is great The hotel staff were also very helpful in assisting me in the booking of a restaurant.

The Room is great and i really like it, i find it weird that the room seems to lack in hooks for you to hang your clothes, You see we went there during the winter and some clothes can't dry using machine as such you had to hang dry them, i would recommend adding 2 or more hooks in the room for the guest to hang the clothes using the hangers available.

The proximity of the Hotel to Kyoto Station was a huge advantage. The positive attitude and professionalism displayed by Axen at Front Office was noteworthy. He was a great ambassador for Rihga Gran Kyoto

The rooms could be a little more spacious and the Coffee/Tea Vending machine at the lobby be available to all guests irrespective of their plan having breakfast.

The hotel was located very close to the station and atmosphere was very elegant and japanese style . Stuffs were very friendly and kind.

到着してすぐフロントの方が“本日はお疲れ様でした”と言っていただきすごく気持ちいい気分になりました。エレベーターのところまでお見送りいただき、接客が素晴らしいと思いました。又、騒がしい音も聞こえなかったし、ゆっくり過ごせました。お風呂が洗い場とセパレート様式だったので、すごくありがたかったです。朝食の三段お重は視覚的にも楽しめました。

お部屋が少し狭くて圧迫感がありました。空気清浄機を始動さすとほこりが舞い上がって汚かったです。加湿器の吸水タンクにも水垢が浮いていました。

1.地點優良，剛下京都車站就可走路抵達，不用再搭計程車或走很遠的路 2.房間很大，打開兩個行李箱綽綽有餘 3.浴室很大，還有很大的浴缸 4.房間跟大廳都很美

1.地點離鬧區有1~2公里的距離，逛街結束後回飯店有點疲憊 2.訂購時沒注意到是雙床房，有些誤會

Great location, close to everything. The room is very clean and tidy. The hotel feels very class and includes free drinks such as coffee and fruit juice. There are even free hot springs available to use. The check-in process was also simple and fast.

The breakfast buffet did not have much variety in the food choices. Besides that, I have no major complaints nor issues about this hotel or it's staff and services.

- Walking distance from Kyoto station (about 8 mins). - Really comfy bed and sheets - had a great sleep. - Love style of the room and the bathroom. Best bath tub ever! Even the kettle in the room was quite impressive (unique). . - Love love love the stylish Japanese PJ's. So unique, lovely and comfy to wear to bed and around the hotel. - The staff were all great - The bento breakfast box was beautiful!

Only one thing was wrong. Noticed that the wooden panel floors from the door to the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. There were some dirty smudges left by the previous guest.

It was clean, comfortable beds, great location, has laundry machines, easy check in/out, they stored our luggage after we checked out

We were 3 people in the room, so with the extra bed it was a bit tight. With only two people it would have been great!

. We had a great stay with exceptional customer service! The food on their restaurant is also superb! My kids really enjoyed our stay. Though we had so much walking to do at daytime the communal bath is a great way to end the day!

Impeccable service. Great distance to Kyoto Station to use as a base point when visiting. Food was good and love the Katona cocktail. Very clean and good value.

The clothes dryer took forever and never fully dried my clothes after almost two hours of use. I had to leave them very damp in my luggage to catch my train back to Tokyo.

Location fantastic, room very comfortable as was the bed. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here especially free good coffee in the guest lounge until 5.30pm each day. Guest laundry a bonus too.

A fairly limited menu for dinner and a couple of restaurant managers with ‘attitude’ - telling us we had to be out of the dining room by 9pm although it wasn’t the least bit full and is open till much later according to the hotel information. They were they only two negatives of our stay at this lovely hotel.

Clean, spacious, modern, and friendly staff. The TV inside the room shows you how busy the laundry and the onsen are. Staff can help you store luggage if it’s not your check in time yet. And if you need to ship your luggages to the next hotel, they can help you fill out the form.

There’s only 1 microwave per floor. It wasn’t an issue for us. There was no one around when we visit the laundry/kitchen area.

i like the location which is not far from the grand station however, it need only walking which is also okay for me i like the style of the hotel which look clean and comfort. the bathroom is okay and it is big enough for me I like that I can pay up front at the hotel for the accomodations.

price compare to everything should be lower in a sense. the pillows are too soft and i there is no hard one in the hotel the water is limited the room for 3 person is the exactly same room with 2person room which is too small for 3 people. the staff sometime cannot speak english

Was initially in a basic from around 20sq meter which was too small for our use; was upgraded to a larger room.

The Rihga Gran hotel is an excellent place to stay close to the Kyoto train station. We stayed 5 nights, using it as a jumping off point for day trips using our JR pass. The hotel is 2 blocks from the train station on the quiet side. This hotel is a nice mix of both western and Japanese styles. Bathrooms are Japanese (soaking tub, stool shower) with western toilets and beds. We seleted this hotel because it offered Japanese public baths, which we love. Rooms were small by western standards (suitcases had to stay closed), but didn't feel cramped. Hotel staff were accomodating. I loved the fact that you could monitor the use of washing machines on the TV to know when they were going to be available. Didn't have breakfasts so can't comment on food. Kyoto train station must have 100 restaurants including a whole floor dedicated to Ramen! These were often branches of the most famous restaurants in Kyoto. So that's where we ate.

Pillows were feather. When we asked for something hyperallergenic they could only accomodate one of us.

Quand on réserve avec Booking, il est absolument impossible d'avoir une facture. On a beau préciser que l'on en veut une, demander a payer quand on arrive, ou autre solution, j'ai toujours la réponse que je dois demander a Booking la facture et Booking me répond de demander à l'hôtel. C'est inadmissible de ne pas pouvoir avoir de facture lors de ces déplacements professionnels! C'est certainement ce point qui ne me fera plus venir dans cet hotel.
