The rooms were comfortable and clean.
It took a long time to get help at the front desk. It took several minutes each time we went to the desk.
The hot tub sides had brown scum on the sides. And there were clumps of hair stuck to the wall behind the hot tub.

We stayed at Sleep Inn in Post Falls several times and the staff was always available and the pool and hot tub area is always clean.

Staff in the Bar was not familiar with drinks, for example, Chardonnay was not chilled & tried to serve it warm, out of wine rack.

Great breakfast.
On a five day stay we never had rooms made up once. Unless there is a discount why would I not check in for a single night and change rooms every day. At least then I would have rooms cleaned.

The staff greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile. The room was clean and the temperature was good. The breakfast was pleasantly displayed and good.
The scrambled eggs were bacon were no longer warm which would have been nice.

The hotel was close to the airport. I liked that my pet was welcomed.

The location to the freeway was great, yet it was very quiet. The room and bathroom were spacious and bed was comfortable. I had an issue with my AirBnB stay and had to leave and check in here very last minute. Front desk associate was phenomenal and made me feel very welcome. I didn't have time to eat breakfast, but I did a walk-through to see what they had and it looked fantastic. Lots of variety. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Spokane.

Fresh and plenty, good variety for a daily franchise thing. Between pastry/hot food/dairy and coffee tea service, more than a descent start to your day.
Shuttle to and from airport INVALUABLE! Eliminates parking, finding exactly where you need to be, on time. Reduces morning hassle unbelievably!!!
Little noisy/traffic. Communication. They provided a # to call for pick up from airport to hotel. They are aware no one is available to answer that phone early in the AM but can see someone called. They do not communicate that to you, so, as someone at the airport at 0500 who has no way of contacting them or their sister hotel site, one could feel a bit abandoned. I would address that.

The hotel was very clean, staff were nice, the pool and hot tub was a lot of fun, and the breakfast was good. Kids loved their stay!
The pillows were a little plump for my taste, but smelled of fabric softener which was a pleasant surprise.

The breakfast offered each morning was good - the biscuits and gravy were phenomenal. The people at the front desk were nice and helpful. The WIFI was good, and there was a computer printer that I was able to use.
There really wasn't anything not to like. It was easy getting to and from destinations from the hotel. Everything was very good here. Oh, and the workers really kept the breakfast area clean.

The parking lot is a little Weird.
