The beds hurt my back, like many hotel beds.

The cleaning woman that was there when we were going to check out was amazing and sooo polite!!! She greated us multiple times and asked us if everything was satisfactory and if we needed anything!!! Amazing 👏

For the price of the room the waters in the room should be complimentary or at least cold in the fridge for $2 not $5 !!! We went to the gas station to buy big $3 waters!!! Just sayin! Also we have stayed at cheaper hotels that offer continental breakfast !!! Lil things go a long way!! We travel alot and to stand out you need to make staying at your hotel inviting convenient and have competitive prices!

Location is great to riverfront park and Gonzaga university. This is my 5th time staying here. We stayed in room 323 which had a great view of the river.

Very clean. The staff was friendly. It was very convenient to downtown, and the trail for the Riverwalk was right outside their door.

No internet. Room was small. Cable service for tv was crap. Streaming not available. No channel information. People in neighboring room played very loud music, got drunk then fought at 1:00 am.

The service and all the staff were very friendly and first rate.

Clean and quiet loved the trail

Location good. too expensive for the type of property. Compared to other hotels. Price was too high and did not even include breakfast.

Old furniture. Bathroom tub looked dirty because is too old I’m sure it was clean.

Staff was great. On-site restaurant was good. Pool was clean.

It would be very convenient if there were microwaves in the rooms. Free breakfast would also be nice considering the cost of staying there.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Having the mini market is perfect, just in case you need last minute things. The room was very clean.

I did not like that their was only a dark roast coffee option in our room since the coffee at the coffee shop was terrible!! I did not like the incredibly strong scent in the soap in the room. I did not like the very limited food options in the restaurant. I also didn't like that there were not any cameras at the back entrances or around the parking lot since there is a heavy foot traffic from the homeless population!

Hotel is a bit old but room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Location was good, a few minutes walk to downtown via the river so a nice walk.

The bistro is more like a small food counter with very limited options. The shower was old and rusty and needed repair.

The location is perfect for easy access to shops and downtown activities. The rooms are comfortable. Parking is easy. The staff are outstanding , always friendly and helpful. Just an excellent place to stay while in Spokane.

Breakfast is a little blah as are dinner options at the Courtyard. I usually plan to eat elsewhere.
