The location is great and the apartment is so comfortable! It’s great for families travelling together. There is Wi-Fi and streaming services are available. Housekeeping is available daily. Overall, it’s a fairly nice and safe place to stay in when visiting Durban.

The key pick up took over 40 minutes. They only gave us two rolls of toilet paper, and there are no extras in the apartment. There are no extra towels available and housekeeping asked us to wash them ourselves if we wanted them clean.

The rooms are not fully equipped to block out the sun in the morning when you still sleeping. There was no hair dryer available. The can opener doesn't work.

Neighbours at 61 Sea cottage were very rowdy and played loud music until 3am. After security put a stop to their loud music they became abusive and hurled vulgar language at th ed person who reported them to security. It was very unpleasant.

I liked the location, the view was spectacular. Very neat and clean. The cleaning staff was very nice. Comfortable and spacious. Worth every cent.

The unit has a problem with rats, i give the unit a low review and the owner is upset so he listed me as a problem on the Umhlanga Owners Association, i find this totally unfair by the Association as i was not asked for my input. i have stayed in a number of Bookings.com resorts and NEVER had a issue. What is the point of giving honest reviews?

The apartment is well positioned. It is modestly furnished which is good in this instance. Clean and tidy.

I didn't realise (and this could be confusion with AirBNB) that there would be no soap in the bathrooms, no hairdryer, no tea and coffee and only one toilet roll in each bathroom, that does not get replaced. These items are not listed as available but they are also not indicated as not available; hence the confusion is on my side.
