The location was excellent with close access to the beach, the bay, the Mount and a wide selection of restaurants

The weather. But that was no fault of anyone.

Excellent communication. Bed was big and comfy. Shower pressure was excellent! Great kitchen. (Dixie Brown’s do great food - especially bread and butter pudding!).

There was hydraulic drilling going on all day at the adjacent apartments so we ended up cutting our stay short. We were able to get a refund as we weren’t able to relax in the room, or the pool and spa so made sure we stayed out of the room during the day (not always easy as it pissed down most of the time). Shelley was lovely and understanding - we would definitely go back and stay - would just make sure there were no renovations going on. Also the gym was unavailable - could be a blessing in disguise though 😂

The hand over of the keys was super easy, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and very handy to the beach!

Easy central location at Mount Manganui just across from the hot pools. Easy access and safe parking. Quiet room but very central. Clean and tidy apartment with lovely beachy furnishings and decor. Older style large apartment with deck and the ability to open windows for fresh air. Coffee and tea making facilities provided. Comfy bed - would like to return.

The pool was not open, The dishwasher was almost impossible to start. Rhe instructions to find the unit were confusing….the problem would have been solved if we were informed the unit was within ‘Oceanside’.

Great Atmosphere from the time you arrive. Warm and excellent use of space. Great shower pressure and close to shops, mount and water.
