We liked the clean, warm, spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The location is excellent and all the information is well presented, helpful, and easy to follow.

If I'm being picky, another comfortable chair would be great or an L shaped type of lounge suite - one couch for 4 adults was not ideal. A clothes iron would have been appreciated too - but we'll just bring a fold out chair and an iron next time. The price is so good and the accommodation so comfortable these issues are not major!

The kitchen in our cabin was a bit shabby. Shortness of utilities in the kitchen.

The size of our twin unit was perfect for our whanau. Loved that it was clean and new and super warm. We arrived late travelling from Auckland so it was awesome that Macy had arranged a key, map and details for us to check in after hours. There was excellent customer service and comms over phonecall and text prior to our arrival. All of my queries were answered promptly as well. Would highly recommend and would definately return again. My son was a little restless and upset during the night and I loved that there was also a little space between the units so as not to disturb other tenants.

There was nothing we didn’t like only feedback would be to have a sign on corner of street pointing to the direction of the Holiday Park as we turned right down the opposite end and came back down the street.

everything! the facilities are clean, the units are modern & have everything we need. We will always stay here when I’m town there’s no other place we would rather be!

Amazing cabin, so spacious and clean. Kids had a blast. A shame we could only stay one night. Will definitely be returning for longer.

Wifi was very poor, only one bar and wouldn't even work on my daughter phone. But as we were only staying one night wasnt stuch a big deal.

Dryers in laundry were insufficient needs attention

Never disappoints every visit I have had and there has been a few I always return because it has everything you need when visiting town.

Think I was in kowhai and the whole area was beautiful and tidy. It was quiet and also provided all the facilities to cook an actual meal. The shower was amazing with the best water pressure overall wonderful place

Everything was perfect

Clean, close to town, room and bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was nice and clean, very fresh. Loved the little bedside touch lamps. No bother with neighbours. very friendly guests. Easy come and go

Our Studio cabin was perfect for our end of holiday overnight stay. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

We enjoyed the facilities, staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was very family orientated and the kids absolutely loved all the activities. We all loved all our cabins and we will definately be returning frequently.
