I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly, communicative and helpful. A spacious apartment equipped with everything you need. A homely feeling and an excellent laundry service. A short walk from Marino Ballena National Park. Horses and cows can be seen from all around.

There is construction in the area in front of the hotel but fortunately the noise was not felt in the apartment and it did not affect my enjoyment of the place.

Very clean.

No where comfortable to relax and sit, beds hard, couch hard and stools at kitchen counter hard. This personally wasn't good for us, comfort while travelling is a major priority.

The owners are exceptionally friendly and kind. They made us feel very welcomed and comfortable.

We were not able to come in or out without a staff member unlocking the gate. None of the staff spoke English making it very difficult to communicate. Beautiful pool but it over looks the parking lot.

The apartments are brand new, spacious and beautiful. We got there several hours before check in and they let us park the car inside the property while we went exploring. Our room was ready an hour before check in. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The property is a short walk away from the entrance to Marino Ballena National Park. There are several local restaurants close by.

While the kitchen is absolutely beautiful it’s not well equipped so don’t expect to cook any big meals there.

Attractive, very efficient air conditioner. Lovely bathroom and shower. Pool is very clean and the water temperature was excellent. Safe facilities with 24-hour attendant.

Minimum of equipment provided. Semi-large towels but no washclothes or hand towels. Bare minimum of kitchen equipment. Beds were a bit on the hard side. The place itself is attractive, if without much character. The road right outside gets quite muddy after a rain. The price we paid ($100 a night for two people, two nights) was rather on the high side and if I return to Uvita, I probably won't stay here.

The hosts are really friendly, they organized for us a very last minute trip to the Corcovado and were very accommodating. The pool is very appreciated. Few excellent restaurants around. The apartment was huge, quiet and very clean with a nice view on the pool.

The location is great as it's within walking distance of Parque Nacional Marion Ballena. The place is only two years old so it is very clean and well maintained. The Reception and staff are very amicable.

The pool area is a bit small, with only 2 sections to sit it is not able to accommodate the majority of the guests. We were there when the hotel was not at full capacity, I can imagine being at the pool when the hotel is full can be an issue.

The staff was extremly friendly and helpful, I had a great time. Everhing I needed they did for me. I was very happy, and they always had a smile on they're faces.

The staff have a very strict policy about extra guests, ie you have to pay £30+ to have 2 vs 1 guest, when you'd be sharing a bed and there is no breakfast. But so be it. However, they make you feel very uncomfortable with the enforcement of this, they only provide you with one pillow on a double bed for a single person. They text me to request my friend left or I would be fined - she had come inside whilst I got changed for dinner. Only after complaining that it wasn't safe for a woman to stand out on the street in the dark did they allow her to stay temporarily. They then watch you like hawks from their observatory window when you go anywhere to ensure you don't sneak anyone in which made me feel uncomfortable and constantly watched. At check out they refused to unlock the door to let me out until they had searched my room which again made me feel very uncomfortable. I fully understand their policies but at some point you have to realise that you will lose money making guests uncomfortable. The bedding was stained, the aircon smelt and dripped on the bed and overall the apartment is very large which I liked but entirely soulless. I definitely won't be staying again. There are numerous airbnbs available in the area where you pay the fee and then don't get made to feel uncomfortable constantly.
