This spacious house was perfect for our large group! There were areas for the group to gather together comfortably but also plenty of space to get away from one another. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. The outdoor areas were amazing and the location was very convenient. The views were spectacular! We agree with other reviews which said some minor updates would go a long way! The kitchen is small but we were able to piece together what we needed. Overall, our stay was great!

Home does not smell musty or ‘old’. 👍🏼 Kitchen needs to be better appointed with updated dinnerware and more flatware. En-suite bathrooms are a big bonus. Beds are extremely firm (I like that, my friends did not). Carpet on the stairs is shabby and the bottom step is confusing because it is not carpeted, causing people to think they are on the floor level. We had two falls due to this confusing situation. No hairdryers, bring your own. Bathrooms are functional, but need to be updated. The shared living spaces are fantastic. The place would be perfect if it were spruced up a bit. We will rent again.

My family enjoyed our stay very much! The house is beautiful, clean and is in an excellent location. It's convenient to the beach and to town. The property manager was pleasant to work with. The only negative was that the grills needed a cleaning and we had to fill and attach a propane tank ourselves to one of them. Also, it came as sort of a last minute surprise that we needed to bring or arrange for our own linens. But I think that was a VRBO snafu. Be sure to check VRBO charges to ensure they are not charging you for linens, since they are not actually included. Other than that, everything else was great!

Relax concierge filled in needs, their communication with you didn't happen, but we were fine getting all set up. We love how close your place is to family enjoyment, parks, breakfast, ice cream, the beach..thank you

Great location at one end of the boardwalk and right on the ocean. Walking distance to town. Host was a great communicator and assisted with an internet issue during our stay. Highly recommend for your next visit to Avalon!

We loved being soooo close to the beach, the boardwalk and downtown Avalon. Our family reunion was fantastic! Folks from all over the country came together. The living quarters on all three floors made it easy for anyone who needed extra space to have it! The only thing I would suggest to people who are renting is bring several big coolers. We had big family meals for 20+ people plus breakfast and lunch stashes in the fridge so space was at a premium (since it’s just a normal-sized refrigerator). We ended up buying ice and putting all of our drinks in coolers which gave us more room in the fridge. Enjoyed this house immensely! Luci the property manager is at your beck and call. She’s amazing!

Great location, right on the beach and within 3 blocks of Avalon shops and restaurants. House has 3 great living areas, separate enough for our 3 families. Second floor deck has plenty of space to hang out into the evening. Could use some updating, but for a rental on the beach you can’t beat it!

Very friendly owner a pleasure to deal with. Was nice enough to even leave beach toys for our little one. The home is very large and open.
