The room is very basic and everything seemed quite old. The shower is practically non existent. The air conditioner was loud. The surroundings are not very pleasant, there is a lot of garbage lying around and nobody seems to care.

Close to stores and a good beach

Other tenants should not be allowed to cook at 44:30 in the morning right next to our room. No ocean view as we paid for.

First of all - the location near the beach, if that is your main purpose of stay. It is less than 5 minutes to the closest beach, which is nice and well organized - there are 5-6 bars and restaurants with their private beaches and very small part of few meters only between each of them considered as a public place. As I read in one of the previous reviews - don't forget to ask the owner for his card. Ask him to write the name of the beach and its owner Arif, who is his friend! It enabled me to stay for free twice on the beach - just show it to the guys who maintenance the beach. The room has air-conditioner and relatively big fridge, which are definitely needed, as I assume how hot it is in the summer. There are two super-markets on the way to the beach, as well as two others in few minutes more. The area is mainly residential with closed complex around and few big hotels and there are not many restaurants (beside those on the beach) and it goes quite even around 10 (at least at the end of September). Important tip: don't use the location that comes out at the Booking reservation. I got WhatsApp message from the owners immediately after my reservation and they mentioned Tourist Hotel. That is the best way to locate it, as it is exactly across (carsi) this hotel, which is visible from far away, as the tollest building. Otherwise, the whole complex is called Martilli and it can only confuse you, if you decide to look on your own. I had to call the owner after half an hour walking around and he was very kind and come to pick me with his car from the neighbourhood.

The room was really small, it had not more than 7-8 m2 including 1m2 for the bathroom. I stayed only one night and spent the whole day outside, but for more days it is not recommended. The owners don't live in the villa so don't count on leaving your luggage after the check-out, as there is no normal reception.

very beautiful and comfy place. The owners are really nice couple helpful and generous. Location is quiet and not far from the shops and bus. I will diffidently go back!!

Room was very clean, bed sheets smell really nice :) green garden and a lemon tree at the entrance) Good WiFi, 5 mins to the beach. The kitchen is on the first floor shared by 5 rooms, you can find there any kitchenware you need. Special thanks to the owners - very kind and good people.

The unexpected upgrade in the room. The big space and the sun that comes into the room since the early morning.

When someone moves things upstairs, I hear it clearly. I might be a little bit sensitive to noise.
