it is a very beautiful property, and the zone is ventral. you can reach the tourist destinations easily and also the restaurants and pubs. the property is clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the cathedral, and the host is very kind and supportive. The house is small but 3 people can easily fit. Has the washing machine, very useful if you are travelling several days

Some dishes and glasses and the shower were not very clean

Excellent location - within a stone's throw of Sevilla Cathedral, Alcazar and Barrio Santa Cruz, and a short walk from the city life of Sevilla, which is just as well in the scorching 40+ degrees heat! Flat was genuinely spacious and the decor was fairly modern. Plenty of clean towels, iron, hair dryer and other extras provided. For the price paid this property is a steal.

Could do with a deep clean. The white theme of the flat just makes any dirt look apparent. Sofa has seen better days, as per other user comments!

Everything was neat and clean. Equipments were all working. The apartment owner is kind and available. Good location. wifi connexion is great

The sofa was not comfortable, its fabric is rough. Our group had a flight issue and we arrived late and that made the owner upset and told us he would make us pay more if we arrive after 10pm. I had to walk 1km in 5minutes bymyself with my luggage, and the others couldn’t make it. just make sure you arrive at the time you communicate.

the condo is clean,kinda small but you see that a lot in those cities,when we entered first thing i saw was a worn out sofa discoloured,TV remote that didn't work and off course no batteries...but we can life with those things,then it started,across the room where we stayed the neighbours were so loud i was like war,on top off that the upstairs neighbour had his tv on till very late so you could literally hear what was playing,horror! we booked 2 nights,took off the day after,2 night of no sleep is a bit too much so we left the 2nd day,maybe we had bad luck with the neighbours but for me a no go

The property was lovely and clean and was very spacious and even had a little private garden out the back which was great. The location was great and the host was very helpful.

Brilliant location and the host was super helpful!

The host was very accommodating and welcoming, especially when we had to reschedule our trip due to covid. The apartment was very well equipped and has excellent facilities, as well as being in a prime location in walking distance of all the major landmarks. It also felt very safe in the area surrounding and had many restaurants and bars within a 5 min walk. The air condition is a welcomed addition in the heat of Seville.

Only a few very minor issues: the gate on the outside of the building was a bit tricky and awkward to unlock, and the shisha bar nextdoor is possibly off-putting for some although it was not noisy or anything. Some noise carried from the neighbouring apartments also (doors closing, furniture moving noises).
