The location was great. It is new. The apartment was nice. Has a wonderful backview living wall.

IT is definitely NOT without stairs, despite saying it has an elevator. The parking in underground necessitating climbing up a steep hill. In this new hotel the elevator leaves you out midlevel between floors , necessitating taking stairs up or down. The lobby can only reached by stairs. For a beautiful new place, it was hard to believe all the stairs.

Extremely difficult to bring the suitcases from the underground parking . A ramp and a valet cart would solve the issue In the bathroom a simple towel hanger on the door would help as we had to be inventive to find a place to dry the towel I asked for extra water bottles and the answer was that only 2 per room can be offered …. For a hotel at this level few extra water bottles are an easy fix

A wonderful place to stay in Piatra Neamț. Very cosy, modern, new, one of the best location where I stay in Romania.. Very good and tasty breakfast and lovely restaurant. All over... I can see the details..!!!

One of the most beautiful and comfortable apartments you'll ever stay in! Super organized, simply decorated in the relaxing Scandinavian style, clean and new, fully equipped with everything you need even for a long stay, comfortable beds, 2 toilets which were a must for 4 adults in our case. You won't want to leave. Breakfast is perfect, everything was fresh and tasty, no need to look elsewhere. The same space turns into an Italian restaurant in the evening, just really good food, excellent pizza, and everything we ordered was great. All in all you have to give them a round 10. The reception ladies were also super nice and helpful.

The elevator takes you half a floor higher, so you alway need to take a few steps down to your room. It's no problem at all unless you have accessibility issues like difficulty going down the stairs. Also, there was noisy construction going on next door when we stayed. Luckily we had no plans to just stay in an enjoy the lovely balcony, otherwise this would have ruined it. Hopefully the noisy part will finish soon.

The best place to stay in Pietra Neamt. super clean, staff are nice, very comfortable apartments and the breakfast food is delicious!! would book everytime i visit.
