Location was great, wood fireplaces were nice, kitchen was stocked with appliances, big tv in living room, lots of parking, games room was fun, crib was a nice addition, washer and dryer was nice to have.

Heating was not working in the basement, we needed heaters in lower bedrooms running 24/7. Upon arrival the temperature was very cold, 15 degrees in the winter and we had infants and kids. The pans in the kitchen were in awful shape. The beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, the basement bathroom was worn and mouldy, the main floor was very squeaky and if you were sleeping downstairs you could hear every step, it would have been appreciated if they would have provided at least one bag of wood or at least mentioned there is none. The couch in the living room was awful, you sat down and sank into it and couldn’t get back up, we had seniors with us and it was difficult for them to use it.

Size and proximity to the Blue Mountain Resort! Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were good size.

Needs multiple repairs - 3 of the interiors would not latch closed 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom, outdoor property had wrappers, cigarette butts, misc. garbage everywhere, the front step onto the porch is quite a high step (not up to code)and not easy for a couple family members. Decks were very warn and need of replacement. Toilet in basement had to be turned off because it wouldn’t stop running - this was resolved as soon as we made the property maintenance crew aware. Cooling system froze family members downstairs but family upstairs were sweating. GFCI in laundry room doesn’t work, had to plug the washer into the outlet above it.

Everything was amazing. There was a large decorated tree and a large Santa figure in the living room. We had a great Christmas holiday. The Vacasa staff were very nice and helped us a lot during the power outage.

No hot water in the basement bathroom.

1. The accommodation was clean and serviceable, but seemed a bit tired in spots. 2. Although we booked through Booking.com, there has been a very annoying problem of continual emails from Vacasa (which seems to represent the property) demanding payment which had long ago been made in full. We continue to get these e-mails even after our stay. We have already complained about this to both Booking and Vacasa with no result.

The proximity to the village was good. The games room was awesome. The beds were very comfortable.

We tried to avoid showering because there were black stains/mold and the doors felt as if they would fall off. There were no instructions for the heat, TV or garbage. One dinning room chair was almost broken. Oven mitts and some source of music would have been good.

Great space and accommodations for our group with lots of room to both enjoy family time and spread out/relax. Conveniently located really close to the village in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen was well appointed. We had a great time. Only wish we had booked in for longer.
