The hotel is the best in Tenali, but it is the 'only' hotel of such quality in Tenali. I stayed here 5 years ago and was surprised that it had slipped quite a way in the time. I remember it being more determined to be helpful and better in terms of facilities offered. The food was nice but the breakfast offering was not as good as before. All in all it is a good hotel and value for money, but I think they need to spruce things up and get on top of customer service which seems to have slipped a little

There wasn't much to 'not' like. It is a good hotel and good value for money, they just need to have a deeper look at customer service

Staff behaviour, I came with my MOM and I forgot to bring her ID card, receptionist was asking to show her ID as she was infront of him, I told that I don't have her ID card, he was forcing me to bring it next time, don't know how people treat ??? I don't know when I will come again, I visited twice but this was a bad experience for me.

Air conditioning didnt work properly at night and it took almost 2 hours for the staff to fix it and later changed the room upon my request.

The staff took extra money than what the bookings app listed. That was a bad experience.
