Location, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.
Room was tight and small. No digital key available I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone.

Love the hotel itself. Clean, great hot breakfast & staff was ok.
The hotel had a water issue so I had zero hot water. Let it run for 20 min. When i asked front desk abt it was told i needed to run it longer. I just wanted a hot shower. Went to desk next day after running for over a half hour, still no hot water so asked to change rooms. My new key card didn't work to new room & as i approached the frt desk person to was complaining about me to maintence. I never had hot water & staff could have been friendlier. They should have told guests abt the water issue.

The lack of communication with the booking company and the hotel
Changes to my reservation were made in a timely manner and I was STILL WA OVER CHARGED 206$ AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REDOUND YET
Needless to say there were several out us in the same situation and we were told to call back Monday when the manager is in .

It was easy to find, the accommodations were very nice.
The beds were too soft, we had trouble getting comfortable in the beds.

wry nice, clean and friendly staff. The continental breakfast was delicious.
The only things that I didn’t like was in the first room we checked into the tv didn’t work. That was taken care of by moving us to a different room with a working tv. The other issue was not being able to control the heat in the room it stayed on 70 the whole time and the heat was air I guess I should have asked about that but I didn’t want to continue to have problems. But over all the room and stay was very nice.
