Nice place. Not a fan of having to go in through the garage as the door is really loud. The alley also made it extremely difficult to park in the garage - should have heard that the garage accommodates a small car sooner. Also there were no wash cloths and limited number of towels. We are a family that uses towels over and over but for 7 people there could have been more. There was a bottle of body wash but it was empty - not sure if it was suppose to be supplied or not. We liked the proximity to the village. Thank you.

It is a nice house in great location. It is a very short 3 minute walk to downtown Capitola, with its shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the main beach of Capitola, yet the house is on a quiet side street, free of traffic noise. I was a joy to wake up in the morning, take a cup of coffee, have a short stroll to the beach and watch the sunrise over the hills on the other side of the bay. There is a pleasant riverfront walk directly across the street. The kitchen was adequately equipped for a short stay and there were plenty of toiletries, towels, beach towels and chairs and so on. The only oddity of the place is that there is no door to the street. One needs to go in and out through the garage every time, but this is no big deal - it just requires the opening and closing of the garage door each time. I would highly recommend this place and gladly stay again.

This unit is within walking distance to everything! Never used my car while I was there. Thank you Stephanie for the lovely unit that has everything you would need for your stay.
