Oda gayet genişti. Yatakları konforlu ve temizdi.

Kahvaltısı gerçekten çok zayıftı. Böyle zincir bir otelin kahvaltısı için tercih etmiştim fakat hayal kırıklığına uğradım.

An amazing new hotel in a wonderful location in the heart of the Bay of Kotor. Everything was in line with or above expectations. The staff was very friendly and everyone tried to make our stay as nice as possible. We waited a bit at check-in and because of that, we got an upgraded room, which was large and comfortable with a separate seating area and a large terrace. The breakfast was of high quality and the variety of food was such that everyone could find something for themselves. There were even gluten-free products. The SPA and Wellness area was nice, new, and not crowded. We enjoyed the pool and sauna.

Çalışanlar genel olarak güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Odalar konforlu. Temizlik gayet iyi. Spa bölümü yeterli. Odadaki sofa açılıp yatak haline geliyor. 10 yaşındaki kızımız rahatça yattı.

Kahvaltıda çeşit yeterli olmasına rağmen pek lezzetli bir şeyler bulmakta zorlandık. Bu kadar çok sayıda Türk müşteri için biraz da Türk damak tadına uygun şeyler eklenebilir.

The location is 15-20 minutes from Kotor old town. This period may be prolonged in the intensity of summer. Transportation to Tivat and Herseg Novi is easy if you have a car. The breakfast was not bad in terms of variety.

The hotel is trying to withdraw to 5-star status. It doesn't feel like that in its current form. The bathrooms in the rooms should be overhauled. For example, in the shower, the black images between the ceramics towards the Decking were not pleasant. Also, the Spa section was not effective. The Turkish Bath is open only to guests who have purchased a massage. I have never witnessed a more ridiculous practice. Options should be considered for guests who have preferences such as vegetarian and vegan nutrition in the restaurant. The breakfast was not bad in terms of variety. But he didn't make us feel that we were in the Balkans. I know that pavlaka is the traditional breakfast food of this region. Or borovnica is the traditional fruit juice of the region; but there were none of these.

Lokacija je izvanredna, iz restorana je odlican pogled, iz spa centra takodje, dorucak vjerovatno jedan od boljih u ovakvim hotelima u CG, prevazisao je moja ocekivanja

Dusek na krevetu je bio mekan, ali razumijem da to neko preferira, ja vise volim tvrdje duseke.

Wunderschönes, neues Hotel direkt am Meer. Wir waren (leider) im November dort, sodass schwimmen nicht möglich war. Die Aussicht vom Strand war allerdings gigantisch. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Leider konnten wir aufgrund besonders früher Abreise das Frühstück nicht genießen. Tolles Hotel, tolle Mitarbeiter, toller Welcome-Drink ;-)

Excellent location, wonderful staff, excellent facilities and great food!

Ok nice rooms on the new side of the hotel great location although far from the town by single lane road and very good breakfast and excellent waiting staff BUT…

Desperate for up sales. Hotel food delivery to room €20, lies by the pool up to €50. Towels only for towel card so they can charge you if you don’t do their job and bring them back. Maybe next season you need to wash them as well. Cocktails are more expensive than anywhere else but of very poor quality. All this left a bit bad taste.

The hotel is very clean and has 3 great pools, gym, close to private beach, great sea and mountain view, the diner and breakfast are good compared other hotels in Montenegro.

The staff is very slow and apathetic. When I slipped on wet pavements and injured my elbow they offered no help or interest or any compensation, when we rushed to the airport on the morning of the last day they did not express willingness to allow us to take sandwiches with us on the way or fruit as part of the breakfast we paid for in advance, when the safe did not work when we arrived it required 3 phone calls, Physically arriving at the reception desk and waiting over an hour for someone to come to the room to sort it out, when we put the children to bed suddenly a representative came to the room and rang the bell a number of times and interrupted and woke them up.

מיקום נפלא, חדרים גדולים, היינו באגף החדש בחדר שפונה לים ולברכה עם מרפסת מרווחת. ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת ומגוונת.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Hotels ist hervorragend. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Straße und auf den Innenhof des Hotels. Am Hotelstrand und in der Strandbar war immer wieder Kanalgestank wahrzunehmen.

Great breakfast - lots of variety and nice, fresh food. Beach area had beautiful views. Staff were helpful and charming. Great daily maid service and everywhere was v clean. Perfect location for exploring the area - Lovely walks along the bay and lots of great little restaurants along the way. Mademoiselle was particularly delicious and right over the water. Loved the swallows flying around the hotel exterior and hope that the management won’t de them a nuisance/destroy nests!

Hotel design is a bit bland and the pool area isn’t very appealing. Right next to a car park and Too many sunbeds crowded together in very hard landscaping . Needs more greenery/softening. There’s a (very useful, well stocked) shop on site but no bins and an awful lot of litter and cardboard packing around it makes it v unappealing

The breakfast was not a 5 star hotel breakfast. Not only there were very few options but the taste and ingredient quality was subpar too.

The staff was very unaccomodating.we ve booked a sea view room with the biggest terrace buy we were given a room with a partial view and tiny balcony. ( but they charged the high price ofc) the biggest problem was the cleanliness ( lack there of it) of the room. Everything was covered in dust. And even though we stayed for four nights out sheets werent changed even for once. the room service charges 20 euros for delivering food to the room on top of the already exorbitant menu prices. the pool is very small and the beach is crowded because it s not a private beach. Bed and breakffast quality with five star hotel prices, an awful combo in my humble opinion…

Property, spa, beach, swimming pool, sea view were all amazing

Breakfast was very basic. Room service amazingly charging €20 for any item order from room service, which never happened at any other 5 star hotel specially in country that started promoting tourism. Staff training was generally below Hyatt Regency standard, which also applies to many other places in Montenegro.

Bigest problem was that I payed twice due I was hacked on official Booking.com site.and I am not the only one. For so many years that I am using booking com this is the first time.so disappointed.
