No one available at the front desk every time we called. No one at the front desk at check out and check in. Had to knock on the office door.

The room was as described with a nice bathroom and seating area, the bed was comfortable. We didn't stay for breakfast, but it looked good. The pool was nice and the pool room was clean, didn't smell bad, and was brightly lit.

Too many kids in the hot tub!

Booking.com misrepresented the room being booked. It stated that there was a King and a Queen bed in the room. The desk clerk told us that no rooms with that description existed.

We could have saved a lot of money by booking directly at Senior rate.

the bathroom is a complete mess. the faucet came off in my hand when turning on. the shower was so slippery even after they cleaned it again. the corners in the bathroom had rust( orange color) or were dirty. the shower door when open after the shower drops a lot of water in floor when open.

The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The location was close to our business in Aberdeen. The complementary breakfast was excellent.

it was recently built and the room was very nice! the workout room was very nice too

we always had to ask for towels and it seemed like an inconvenience.

Basicly I chose Marriott and spent the extra money so that I could stream some television. That did not happen. plus, the refrigerator needed to be turned on so it took a long time to get cool.
